Good view from the window (there is a lemon orchard right in front of the rooms). The breakfast was good and Maria was helping us with everything we needed. Nice location just 19 minutes by car to Sorrento.

Il Chiostro di Massa Lubrense è un luogo davvero unico, capace di coniugare spiritualità, bellezza e relax in un’atmosfera senza tempo. La struttura si trova all’interno di un antico chiostro religioso, e questo dettaglio le conferisce un fascino raro e autentico. Ogni angolo trasmette pace, storia e cura per i dettagli. Un elogio speciale va alla pulizia impeccabile: tutto è perfettamente curato, dagli spazi comuni alle stanze, profumate e ordinate. Si respira un senso di rispetto e tranquillità che rende il soggiorno rigenerante sotto ogni aspetto. La location è straordinaria, con una vista mozzafiato e un silenzio che avvolge. Il chiostro stesso è un gioiello architettonico, ideale per chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dal solito albergo. Qui si vive un’esperienza più profonda, autentica e rilassante. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca bellezza, calma e un legame con la tradizione locale. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.

At first we were scared, but then Sergio received us with great courtesy and professionalism, he immediately put us at ease, he explained the structure of 1500 and let us visit the terrace and took us to the room. They are not very big but they have everything Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in short everything you need to live a perfect experience. He advised us where to eat and what to do. We booked a fantastic excursion to Capri and rented a scooter to visit Positano. Unfortunately breakfast was not included, with a small extra we booked it for 2 days, abundant Italian and it also made us find cold cuts and fresh fruit. Thanks for everything we'll definitely be back in October

magnificent place, Inside a convent. a quiet and peaceful location. incredible and beautiful terrace with a view of Capri. the director Sergio very kind and always available, very professional, He gave us excellent advice. thank you! very clean room and has everything you need for a stay. breakfast is not included we had to book it separately. 4 magnificent days

Posto surreale , veramente particolare. Sergio è stato fantastico, ci ha aiutato in tutto e per tutto, avevamo la macchina in panne ed c'è la fatta riparare in poche ore. Camera stupenda e silenziosa. Ritorneremo ad Agosto per 10 gg, già prenotato con lui. Grazie sei il Top

È stata veramente una brutta esperienza.Ho prenotato da Booking dove porta l’orario dí check-in alle 15 e il sign. Sergio ci ha fatto entrare alle 16:15 perché era in pausa pranzo. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e lui ci ha aggredito parlando male del portale dove ho prenotato,non ci ha dato modo di parlare che ci aggrediva dicendo che era impossibile che avevo prenotato da booking. Riassunto una persona veramente spiacevole da incontrare ,mi ha minacciato anche di annullare la prenotazione, uscendo da dietro la reception per venitemi ad aggredire faccia a faccia . Dovrebbe essere cacciato dalla struttura. Ci ha dovuto anche cambiare stanza perché le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dalla prenotazione precedente,piene di peli e capelli . Veramente pessimo

Il Chiostro, a former monastery is a 75 euro taxi ride outside Sorrento, at least that is what we were charged. Maria is very helpful and friendly but be aware, there is no bus service to the Relais and it is a 600 metre steep uphill walk from the main road. Impossible if you have luggage. The only practical way to get to Sorrento is by bus walking down and up the hill unless you rent a car or scooter. There are no restaurants in the vicinity although Maria can arrange a free ride to and from a restaurant in Annunziata, a village relatively close by. The rooms are small, the bathroom is good for one person at a time. It is peaceful and quiet, breakfast is adequate but think carefully if this is the right place for you. In the end we were ok but I can’t say this is what we expected.
