Couldn't fault this hotel at all. - Rooms are big and clean. Comfy beds, powerful shower - 10/10 - Best all inclusive I've been to. Mostly self-serve on drinks other than spirits and cocktails so no queues. Unlimited drinks, no 2 cup policy. Unlimited ice cream and slushies, perfect for kids. - Food is great, plenty of choice. There's food around the pool area too so you don't need to go the dining room all the time. - Loads to do in the local area. The reception will call a cab for you and you can get to Aqualand, Holiday world, The lighthouse beach all within 5 mins and 4-6 euros each way.

A first family holiday to Gran Canaria. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, any problems sorted out well at the reception, and the cleaners kept the place in spotless condition all the time. Pool and surrounding area excellent if you want to stay around the pool and pool bar all day. Room was small but acceptable but again was cleaned superbly every day. Our only gripe were the lukewarm meals served in the restaurant and in fact only went for the evening meal about 3 times out of the 10 nights, instead opting for the pool bar fast food area for a late lunch/early tea.

Good size pool with lots of sunbeds although you have to queue early to get one. The animation team went all out for Halloween, made it special for the kids. They dressed up, put on crafts and face painting, themed activities the restaurant looked amazing decorated with Halloween decor and food. Red blood choclate fountain and Halloween actors throughout the evening. Good food although gets repetitive. The pool bars food is nice and freshly cooked throughout the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good checkout time at 12 o’clock. Only negatives we have was the charge for pool towels not just deposit, 12 euro charge for laundry. Overall the hotel staff make a real effort to help you enjoy your holiday

We had a great time! Clean rooms, very nice and helpful employees. The food was good and lot of variation.

We had a lovely time here! Great entertainment and the staff were great! Andrew was amazing and the food was great. Highly recommended for families. Free buses to the beach provided by the hotel. Lovely shopping centre near by. An Aldi right next door. All you need in one place! We will miss you Mirador!

We came here as a family of 7 and booked 3 rooms,they were all together which was good,the pool was a bit cold but after being in it for a couple of minutes it soon warmed up.The jacuzzi qas amzing,food was average on a Tuesday they do Chinese night and on a Thursday they do Italian night and on a Saturday it's canarian night,lovely food on Italian night my favourite dish was the Mozzarella sticks.the rooms were spacious and had daily cleaning.the spar shop is round the corner from the hotel

Just come back from a half term weeks holiday at this hotel. We wanted pure chill and you will get this here at this hotel, there isn’t much around to do nearby which suited us as we have a 3 year old son. Lots of food on offer continuously morning, day and night but nothing gives you that wow factor, it looks great but doesn’t taste as good as it looks. Drinks are non stop and to be fair are great, the cocktails are really good. Rooms are basic and clean, comfy beds, can’t really ask for more. Cleaners are non stop and work really hard, they are constantly cleaning around the hotel and pool area, staff are all great and friendly. Added bonus is the free shuttle bus to the beach daily, & it’s stunning down there. I don’t like to be picky, but just need to be honest as it might help next guests. Queuing for sunbeds in the morning- people without kids will take sunbeds and umbrellas and not use them, we needed one as we have a 3 year old and should have the right to have one. They queue from 8am when it doesn’t open til 9am, I just find it sad it’s not managed better, but this happens in most hotels. Pool is absolutely freezing, my son wanted to use it and we did, every time he came out of there his teeth were chattering. This was disappointing as if it was heated we probably would have stayed in there most of the day, but when the weather was cloudy and windy we simply couldn’t stay in there. If it was heated and the weather was poor it wouldn’t matter.

Came to this hotel 20th October for a 1 week a family of 4, 2 young children 5&3. Reception: check in was fast and the lad who checked us in was friendly, didn’t really need to go reception after that so can’t comment a lot on it. Room: On first arrive room was spotless, view was looking over busy road but didn’t get any noise from it when sleeping. On day 2 we did find a big group of ants which we went down and told reception, they quickly got it all sorted and they never appeared again. Pool: main pool is absolutely freezing, didn’t bother my 2 boys to much but me & my husband was freezing getting in! Kids pool is brilliant, could do with some more bits adding and some tlc but my children absolutely loved it and we spend every day around the kids pool. Drinks: cocktails are absolutely awful was really disappointing definitely need improving, but the coconut rum and honey rum is amazing! The help yourself to soft drinks/beer/wine/slush and ice cream is absolutely brilliant! Food: breakfast is amazing! Lunch/dinner is hit & miss, there is always something to eat pizza/pasta/jacket potatoes/nuggets, some days food was good selection but some days it wasn’t very appealing! Snack bar in the day is absolutely brilliant, we would eat there for lunch as the main lunch didn’t open till 1:30 so my children were hungry before then! Entertainment: day & night entertainment was good lots of different activities going off and night time entertainment was fab, nothing on a Tuesday tho. Could definitely do with having kids club open longer and more activities around pool for the kids. 1 of the entertainment team julio I think his name was quite annoying shouting random words out, did it when we walked by the toilets and made my 3 year old jump and cry, I know he’s trying to be funny but it was very annoying. I don’t think the entertainment team in the day was the best I’ve definitely seen better. In summary I would give this hotel 3 1/2 stars pushing a 4 just needs some improvement and TLC and it’ll be perfect, I would definitely return tho and I had brilliant holiday!
