What a fabulous holiday! The location of this hotel is on a beachfront and provides stunning views of the ocean. I have never been to a hotel where the staff are so lovely and keen to help. Every staff member we came across was wonderful. I would like to particularly mention the following people: Osvaldo, barman Ricky and waitresses Rosita and Jenifer. Rosita, you in particular are such an asset to the hotel and your friendly demeanour was certainly noticed. The staff work incredibly hard and made the holiday experience even more wonderful. We stayed in a premium room with a sea view- it was just fabulous. The rooms are clean, spacious and airy. Be mindful that the layout of the toilet and shower cubicle is not quite separate from the bedroom itself (there is a glass cubicle for the shower area). There is a curtain available to partially separate this area from the main bedroom. Whilst this was not an issue for us, it may bother some in terms of privacy. We got the all inclusive package and this totally worth it. The breakfast and lunch menu in the main restaurant and outside cafe area are fabulous. However, the options available at dinner were not always the best. The selection of included alcoholic drinks was great and included numerous options. Both the indoor and outdoor bars were great. We did not always go to the evening entertainment on offer, but people seemed to enjoy it. There is one aspect that was a total disappointment. We had booked several treatments in the adjoined spa. Whilst the treatments themselves (foot reflexology and facial) were wonderful, the overall spa experience was bleak. The ‘welcome’ was non existent. There were two staff members at the front desk who didn’t really welcome us to the spa and payment was required upfront on arrival (just felt odd as we have used numerous spa facilities across the world and have never had to pay upfront). Once the treatments were completed, we had paid extra to use the ‘spa facilities’ This was totally disappointing. The water in the pool was quite cold and the steam in the ‘steam room’ was non existent. The environment felt very clinical and not relaxing in the slightest. In our opinion, significant work is required to raise the standard in comparison to the rest of the hotel. It was also odd that you had to pay extra to use the spa facilities given that we had booked over £250 worth of treatments. After this experience, we had more treatments booked for the remainder of the week, but cancelled them. Overall, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. We will certainly be returning again very soon and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Ps- there is a ‘pillow menu’ this was just great and wonderful selection of pillows!

Good hotel, two-storey bungalow. To Yumba 10 minutes walk, to dune 20 minutes. Near Spar and Dino. Bus stop from/out of airport in 2 minutes walk. Hotel area is large, swimming pool is cool. Of the downsides - the bedroom on the second floor is small, uncomfortable to use the closet. There is a coffee machine and cooking dishes in the kitchen. Breakfast is good.

This is a beautiful and well placed bungalow complex! There are so many flowers, trees and fruit growing on the site, it makes you feel separated and in your own little world. Having the outside veranda, which is massive, and having small trees/hedges to block you from the 2 bungalows opposite, really makes you feel like you’re staying in your own villa. It’s so peaceful here, really clean and well kept. You always see housekeeping, maintenance and gardeners keeping the place clean and well maintained. The pool is great, and just what you need to cool down. The onsite bar is excellent and really well priced. There is also an laundrette here, which is reasonably priced! Across the road there is a supermarket, restaurant and more pools at the sister hotel. This hotel is definitely a bit more noisy. I made friends with several cats, all really friendly. All of the staff have been super friendly, always smiling and always happy to help. There’s everything you could need in the kitchen. The fridge has a small freezer compartment, there’s a kettle, saucepans, frying pans, big salad bowl, lots of cutlery and cooking utensils. Really really lovely, peaceful and relaxing place. I am shocked that this is a 2 star complex. It does not feel like you’re in 2 stars at all. I will be back! Really enjoying my stay here (I still have 1 more week!). I have already recommended this place to family and friends.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!

Campo Internacional Maspalomas
The hotel is located on the golf course, the environment is very good, quiet and comfortable, the pool is heated and large. Each room is a small second floor, the kitchen living room is on the first floor, and the bedroom bathroom is on the second floor. The traffic is not particularly convenient, it is best to drive by yourself. The bus can also be reached, but it takes a while to walk.
