Very nice property located right on the Mississippi River in Hannibal, MO. Very clean, has a kitchen, large bathroom, and king size bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find this well-maintained property basically in downtown Hannibal next to restaurants, shops, and Mark Twain’s home and museum. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this Inn for two nights, and have absolutely no regrets. Without question we would stay again. Price is extremely reasonable. Room was well cared for and very clean, with contemporary décor. Communication with hospitality was simple. We were given access codes for entry to the building, and the room. This is an INN, not a hotel. It's not staffed for a check-in, or for housekeeping. Only note, there is an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine. Water is left in the fridge for each guest. We assume you can get ice from the restaurant when open.

One night in Hannibal Check in was contactless and fabulous. The room was perfect. The jacuzzi was amazing. You can watch tug boats pushing cargo from the jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cute town to visit.

The room with jacuzzi tub was great. The room has a good view of the river. Everything was clean and updated. The only bad thing was we could hear our neighbors next store snoring through the wall in our bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.

Anniversary trip Our room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. We loved the view and watching the sunrise up over the Mississippi River. Since it was a chilly weekend, I enjoyed the heat vent directly over the bed. Hot tub was great, and me and my 6'3" husband both fit in it comfortably. It's perfect walking distance from everything in old downtown Hannibal. My only mini complaint was the tv was a pain to operate, and we could only manually turn the volume up. Maybe add some operating instructions to the binder. Owner was very attentive when the wifi and tv lost connection, and got it back up and running within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other couples.
