Days Inn by Wyndham Hannibal

This facility was so deplorable that we couldn’t even stay there. The first room that was assigned to us ( 130 ) was overpowering with stale cigarette smell. I went back to the front desk to request a refund and instead she offered me a second room number 129. I checked that room out as well to find it in the exact same condition. When I returned to the desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. Note that I never even entered the room because of the smell.! the real irony to me was that I had to pay a $25 pet deposit to protect them against pet damage or odor. They had a huge sign that indicated it was a non-smoking facility And any person smoking in a room would be subject to that $200 cleaning fee. Obviously, they either did not enforce that or whoever did enforce. It ended up with $200 in their pocket. Because they most certainly did not do any kind of smoke mitigation. I booked this room through ******* due to it being a non-smoking facility, so was not able to get a refund from the hotel. They were gracious enough to refund my pet deposit. We left the facility and went to a different hotel entirely. ******* has attempted contacted the hotel to discuss a refund, but the hotel manager has been non-responsive. Therefore no refund will be issued. This place is a dump and has absolutely no scruples. I wish I had taken pictures….even on the lobby was dingy and in poor condition.YUK

Comfy bed and pillows. Some noise from highway, but didn't bother me as I'm a heavy sleeper. Good A/C. Could see light through the cracks in the door.

The rooms have been updated. New carpet

Terrible Hotel and terrible service.

Clean and newly refurbished rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly and reasonably priced. What a pleasant hotel. Slept like I was at home. Congratulations on reminding me of what the experience of staying in a hotel should be
