Actually this is a very unpleasant vacation trip for my family
❌ The extra charge didn't be told earlier (because of upgrading room) that's quite a lots MYR 8 × 2 room × 2 night
❌ Also didn't mention deposit must be pay at the hotel (MYR 100)
❌ Shared toilet & bathroom is quite okay, but most of the time there are smoker in the next bathroom 😭😭
❌ The hotel didn't sound proof.. we can hear person in the next room talking (even in slow and soft talking)
❌ The smoke from another traveller enter my room.. very uncomfortable I'm staying with baby
❌ The mattress was very terrible.. I can feel the touch of metal spring all over my body

Value hotel.
I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room.
The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent.

Booked 2 single bed room with shower, stayed in a jail cell with dirty communal bathroom. Bathroom had used tissue and cottonbuds on the rotting window sil, towel was unwashed and had human hair and cockroach eggs trapped in it. Bedsheet was unwashed and had skidmarks and burn holes in it. Room was only large enough to fit the queen matrass that was chucked on the floor. Zero staff or people on hand to assist.
