My transit to Gulu because of the diversion of the road since I left Kampala late so I arrived at 11:45pm. The gate opened and the security guard was very polite and I realized he was the serving at the reception at night. Inside the room the bedsheet had stains and the pillows seems not changed and it was having a funny smell. The security guard guard showed us the shower water heater switch. Indeed from the long night drive I appreciated the hot water and enjoyed it but the feeling dirty pillow and stained bedsheet gave me hard time sleeping but later accepted and being tired I slept. In the morning when we can for breakfast around 8 am but we met the worse reception at the dining . The cold eggs and cold tea and milk. When we ask if she can warm the eggs not even a word she walked away. I loved Country Inn the first time I stayed there because of an event but I think the management needs to get a better way of helping the employees understand hospitality industry.

部屋にTVがあったけど点かなかった。蚊帳が付いていたけど使用しないと夜中に蚊が入って来て刺されまくります。ちゃんと蚊帳を使用する事をお薦めします。部屋は狭いけど寝るだけなので十分。シャワーもお湯がちゃんと出たし、なにより朝食が美味しかった。コスパを考慮すると満足です。

Last minute booking after we were let down by another local hotel. The room was basic but spacious and clean. Hot water, mosquito nets, pool. Breakfast included. Worked out at just over £10 a person. Dinner was plentiful and hot, roughly £50 for 8 of us including beers. Would recommend for an overnight stay.

The mattress was terrible.... probably overused with a big dent in the middle. The sockets were a trick to maneuver. The restaurant closes very early and the tv channels to watch were non-existent for the night we spent there. But the ambience was quiet all in all

Management needs to buy a fresh set of mosquito nets. The one in my room was torn. Also, wooden bathroom door needs replacement. It is rotting and doesn't close. Not Impressed! Sockets are popping out of the wall too. Basically, the establishment needs to be taken care of and refurbished.

My first time in Masindi. I came with my friends for touring and guess what, Country inn hotel has best service plus helpful and welcoming staff Particularly MARVIN who made sure all is well and served us yummy food with drinks upon checkin . Thank you Marvin for quick and great service plus making our stay memorable. The rooms are clean with comfort beds, we promise to come back for another long stay. I highly recommend this hotel 100%

Our room 18 had a TV, was quiet and had a shower. We requested a refrigerator, which cost an additional $5 each night. morning cup of freshly brewed coffee. The restaurant is nearby, as well as Masindi town if you wanted to buy something. Friendly staff, good WiFi and speedy check-in. Thank you Country Inn Masindi!

We had such a great weekend at the Country Inn Masindi! With a chair and a nice bed, our room was spotless and lovely. Everything we asked for was done right away. We had a great time while here and would surely return. We heartily recommend Country Inn Masindi
