La struttura e le camere sono basiche, ma assolutamente in linea con il prezzo. Lo staff è molto preparato e disponibile ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta di aiuto/informazioni. A differenza di altri hotel più alti di categoria, il personale del Jam Hotel è stato l'unico in grado di parlare inglese e di fornire assistenza per l'organizzazione di escursioni fuori città. Lo consiglio ai viaggiatori stranieri.
