I have visited this hotel many times and every time it feels like it is home away from home, an excellent place to relax. The whole hotel has been renovated a few years back. It is listed as a 4-Star, but considering other hotels in the country that list themselves as 5-Star, this hotel definitely deserves a 5. The location is excellent, it is walking distance to Imam Reza Shrine, the roads around the hotel are bustling with all kinds of shops and restaurants. You will find almost whatever you need within walking distance. The entrance is small and leads to a good-sized lobby with plenty of seating areas. There is a coffee shop and restaurant at lobby level for breakfast and another restaurant on the first floor for lunch and dinner. There is a roof top café overlooking the city (closed the last two times I was here). This time I stayed in a single room with two single beds. The room size is moderate and partly carpeted, the two windows give plenty of light. There is a small cupboard, a TV counter and a writing desk with a chair. There are also two sofa chairs and a coffee table. There are a number of big drawers for storage. The bathroom is compact with rain shower, water pressure is good. There are sufficient supplies of towels and toiletries. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices and an egg station. The TV has mostly local channels but there are a few foreign language channels also. WIFI is good and covers all areas in the hotel, in case of laptops reconnecting may be needed every time it is switched off or on standby. There is a swimming pool and a spa in the basement. There is also massage service.
