Everything is Ok but There is construction near my room, very loud. Must call to the lobby. Also breakfast good viewpoint.

It is a good hotel but not worth the money there other options cheaper and better hotels like قصر طلايى وال ماس٢ cheaper and better .

Having booked the hotel through agent for 11 days I suffered with the hotel management. For whatever reason only thing I can write is they didn’t listen to us a customer and having received the payment for one day from the agent they even didn’t allow us to check in and gave us the room until they receive the complete payment of 11 days. Visiting as an international visitor we had to face language issue which is considerate but initial customer service was absolutely pathetic. Even the management could see my mother had a knee surgery recently and she was tired while traveling but they lack empathy and inhuman. Later on after the issue was resolved the staff was good, house keeping staff was good. Staff at front door are great in dealing with customers but first impression stays till last.

Rooms too small. Staff very polite good customer service but other facilities rubbish. So many rooms and very small nr of elevators must wait for a long time. Internet is rubbish. It never worked in my case of staying from 14 Dec to 25 Dec. Clean hotel . Rooms too small and one has to upgrade to royal room by paying 16 $ per night. Food is cold and same food every time no variation. Can't find any other desserts other than gelly. No tea or coffee in lunch or dinner. Restaurants is small if you compare with number of guest check in. They don't have AC instead you shut the central heating system and ope windows.
