Hi Almas1💎 Perfect Excellent Amazing Every part of the hotel and all the staff were excellent. The room and the entire hotel were clean. The staff were polite. Everyone treated us with respect. Excellent access to Imam Reza Shrine and the bazaar. Great location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

با سلام و احترام با تشکر از پرسنل خوب هتل و عرض خسته نباشید به همگی تهویه رستوران اصلا جالب نیست خیلی از غذاها مونده هستن و مشخص هست که از غذاهای مونده روز قبل تبدیل شدن. پیشنهاد میشود غذاهای مونده رو به مناطق محروم ببرید. تو وعده‌های غذایی میوه نیست بجای چای کیسه‌ای نسکافه بذارید تو اتاقها تو صبحانه هم جای گردو خالی بود واقعا در کل ممنون

The hotel was close to the shrine of Imam Reza (alaihe salam). The behavior of the hotel staff was excellent. It was very clean. The variety of food in the restaurant was very good. It had a car with a driver so that we could reach our destination quickly.

رضایت کامل از هتل دارم و پرسنل هتل برخورد بسیار عالی داشتند . خدمات ارائه شده با کیفیت عالی برقرار شد مسئول کارگزینی شرکت برخورد شایسته ای با پرسنل خود نداشت و این موضوع باعث رنجش بنده گردید. از روی انسانیت باید با پرسنل خود رفتار قابل قبولی داشته باشد . یک مدیر باید انسانیت داشته باشد

کیفیت وسایل خواب متوسط به بالا بود ودسترسی به کمد سخت بود و برای آویزان کردن لباس راحت نبودیم ونور اتاق هم خوب نبود دمپایی بچه‌گانه داخل سرویس نبود تمام باتشکر................................................................................
