我很少給差評，但是這個真的不行✋！按理説是倒給我2000也不會住一天的環境！但因為到達時間太晚了，也衹好先住下。我嘗試了兩個房間，都有前所未有的發黴味道，就是那種，好像全物長滿了綠毛和白毛、骯臟陳年下水道的味道。我把門窗打開了一個小時，也沒有作用，半夜睡着的時候還是能聞到一股股地飄過來，這個對健康非常不利！！！！洗手間充滿了廚房的飯油味。我感覺整個肺部都被污染了，睡醒了趕緊走人。極其糟糕的一次體驗。請大家注意！

Un luogo dove regnano tranquillità, relax e cura assoluta per l’ospite. La struttura è perfetta in ogni dettaglio: elegante ma accogliente, immersa nel verde e fronte mare, con una vista che lascia senza fiato. La piscina è meravigliosa e sempre tenuta in modo impeccabile. La pulizia è davvero al top, sia nelle camere che in tutta la struttura. Si respira ordine e serenità ovunque. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, in particolare a Patrizia e Mariachiara, che rendono ogni cena un’esperienza speciale. Professionali, sorridenti, attente e gentilissime, riescono con discrezione e calore a far sentire ogni ospite coccolato come a casa. Un vero tocco di classe! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza all’insegna del benessere, del comfort e della bellezza autentica della Sicilia orientale. Torneremo ancora... e ancora!

В принципе неплохой отель и когда-то он был вполне 4-х звездным. Но сейчас я бы дал ему 3* с бассейном. Номера давно требуют реновации. Удивил завтрак.. В 7-30 ассортимент буфета вполне приличный, но уже к 8-00 он заметно оскудевает и обновляется лишь самое необходимое. А вот кафе на пляже и ресторан вечером нас очень порадовали. В ранее опубликованных отзывах писали, что они не очень на высоте. Не соглашусь с этим! Пицца на пляже - одна из самых вкусных на Сицилии, а бочковое бельгийское пиво не хуже, чем в Брюсселе. Меню вечернего ресторана вполне приличное. Если оно не удовлетворит, то неподалеку есть отличный рыбный ресторан "Старая почта", где подают в том числе и "Улов дня". Персонал отеля выше всяких похвал, реально готовые помочь в решении любых проблем и не только связанных непосредственно с проживанием. У нас сломался чемодан, а на Сицилии найти хороший оказалось не так-то легко (посетили не менее 5 торговых центров, но везде была сплошная дешевка из Китая). Сотрудница на ресепшене потратила целый час, но нашла нам магазин, где мы смогли купить то, что нужно. Пляж у отеля собственный, но платный даже для постояльцев (и даже скидки нет) Хотя, я бы назвал это "условно платный", т.к. плата 16-18 евро (зависит от дня недели) в день .взимается лишь в случае, если берешь зонтик с двумя лежаками. Просто искупаться, оставив вещи у кромки воды бесплатно. Деньги на пляж можно не брать. Я показывал в кафе ключи от номера и мне выписывали счет на номер с оплатой при выезде. Море великолепное. Очень чистая вода без запаха и водорослей. почти сразу - глубоко. . .

Abbiamo prenotato con un offerta su Booking. Arrivati sul posto il personale si è mostrato subito gentile e disponibile. Tutto super pulito, colazione abbondante e di qualità e la piscina con bar e ristorante annesso super pulita e tenuta davvero bene. Anche i prezzi del bar e del ristorante sono nella norma e niente di super costoso. Grazie a tutti per la vostra accoglienza e spero di venirvi a trovare presto

Franchement ce n'est pas un endroit magnifique comme on l'entend en France mais rapport qualité prix c'est imbattable. Grand parking, accueil très pro. La chambre est grande et propre avec terrasse. Le restaurant en bordure de la très grande piscine fait assez chic et c'est bon. Le pdj il est très correct avec jus de fruits frais gâteaux du salé. Les lits sont assez fermes mais moi j'aime. Une télé récente et un wifi qui carbure. Alors oui le coin est pas glamour du tout mais un peu comme toute la Sicile en fait Donc un hôtel très correct avec une magnifique piscine et vue sur l'Etna.
