我很少給差評，但是這個真的不行✋！按理説是倒給我2000也不會住一天的環境！但因為到達時間太晚了，也衹好先住下。我嘗試了兩個房間，都有前所未有的發黴味道，就是那種，好像全物長滿了綠毛和白毛、骯臟陳年下水道的味道。我把門窗打開了一個小時，也沒有作用，半夜睡着的時候還是能聞到一股股地飄過來，這個對健康非常不利！！！！洗手間充滿了廚房的飯油味。我感覺整個肺部都被污染了，睡醒了趕緊走人。極其糟糕的一次體驗。請大家注意！

Franchement ce n'est pas un endroit magnifique comme on l'entend en France mais rapport qualité prix c'est imbattable. Grand parking, accueil très pro. La chambre est grande et propre avec terrasse. Le restaurant en bordure de la très grande piscine fait assez chic et c'est bon. Le pdj il est très correct avec jus de fruits frais gâteaux du salé. Les lits sont assez fermes mais moi j'aime. Une télé récente et un wifi qui carbure. Alors oui le coin est pas glamour du tout mais un peu comme toute la Sicile en fait Donc un hôtel très correct avec une magnifique piscine et vue sur l'Etna.

Cibo pessimo, i piselli erano duri e ci hanno consegnato un hamburger di pollo letteralmente crudo. Le mura sono sottilissime e si sente tutto,i letti scomodissimi, i materassi sono duri come pietre e nelle camere c'è puzza e caldo nonostante si apra e i bagni erano sporchi. Staff un po' scortese, solo alcuni si salvano. La carta igienica nei bagni era sporca, infatti abbiamo utilizzato i fazzoletti di carta.

Sarò sincero. Le camere sono troppo calde e aprendo il balcone non si risolve nulla.Inoltre spesso si sentono perfettamente le parole dette nella stanza accanto.Per la cena i primi piatti sono pessimi.Il condimento è discreto ma la cottura della pasta lascia molto desiderare.I secondi possono anche andare,tuttavia la maggior parte delle cose sono degli alimenti che non puoi sbagliare. Ero in gita con la classe e dopo aver consumato il panino che ci hanno fornito molti sono stati male.Per i servizi aggiungo una stella grazie ai camerieri cordiali e la pronta disponibilità per le intolleranze.

Nonostante avessimo segnalato la nostra titubanza di fronte a quello che ci sembrava un pasto con glutine e che di fatto lo era, infastiditi dalla nostra perplessità, una cameriera lo ha servito comunque ad un ragazzo celiaco, che poi si è sentito male.
