Clean hotel. New Air con works well. Toilet no bad smell. King size bed and love the hard mattress. Don't mind the Distance a little far from JB sentral but many eateries and massage spa.

Worth it to stay and rest at this hotel. Receptionist very polite and always smile while serving guests

The location is right at the end of the street so requires some walking. it’s also fairly noisy due to traffic. it’s good that we were allocated a room with view. There’s food available nearby.

This is basically my go-to hotel every week for business trips, and the price is very reasonable. The environment is clean, and the staff are very friendly. There are also many great food options nearby, all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center and the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was spacious and well-arranged, and the facilities and bedding were good. There's also a lively night market nearby, making dining very convenient. Highly recommend!

Very spacious room with coffee table area and bathtub in the toilet. Located at the end of the street but walkable distance to many food establishments around the area! Great price for a short stay too!

The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time. Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good.

Always a good choice hotel. Will need a car to reach. That day when I arrive, it’s around a Chinese festival. A bit noisy at the lobby and room due to that.

We stayed in the VIP suite, it's a small cozy room. The bathtub is clean, water pressure is decent and the hot water works very well. Toilet is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable although the bed sheet is on the rough side. It was a lovely stay and many food places near the hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall experience is consistently great.

Room and toilet were much bigger than expected. Quite clean aside from very small stains on the pillow case. Location wise, we found ourselves needing to grab to the bigger malls since we wanted to mainly shop around. About a 15min ride away from Aeon Tebrau mall so overall still pretty convenient. Very worth for the price and the shower had very hot water which was a plus!
