There is something wrong with this hotel. After I paid the deposit with a credit card, they continued to deduct the deposit from the card every day (it might also be direct consumption, as it cannot be seen on the card bill). This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel. I recommend not staying there.

Yes. We did. It was fabulous. House keeping was on point However, food services could improve. Food should not be withheld from people even if you have a budget. It could mean if your customers will return. Please make some changes. I refused to come to breakfast after a while. Blessings.

I was very pleased. The Inn was clean, the staff was pleasant, and to sleep there was incredible. I will stay there on my next visit to St. Louis.

The hotel is quite a mix. The room was very sizeable and well laid out. The bed and all the linens were quality. The room was appointed well. However the underlying infrastructure is crumbling. There was drywall crumbling. My shower started making a terrible noise. The sink faucet wasn't right. The WIFI was so slow it was useless; I'd never thought I'd give a bad review for WIFI, but you don't appreciate it until you don't have it. The breakfast was barely edible. Not much selection and too many people for the few pickins. Very few staff on hand.
