Horrible bugs everywhere

One night out of four the hallways didn't smell of sewage. Halls covered with trash. Three days never made up room despite multiple requests. Paid for microwave: didn't work. Sign in hall points to non-existing ice machine. Key cards didn't work. Towel roll ripped off the wall. No hangars even though requested four times. Loud a/c unit. No coffee service. OK wifi, wide range of TV stations, free parking. Indian restaurant next door is quite good. Very close to freeway. Decent size bathtub with adequate hot water. Market next door never open.

Some employees are unhelpful and do not understand the conditions of the guests They do not extend the hour of going out, even if it is half an hour, and this is not acceptable. The room is not 100% clean or new

One of the disgusting place I have e er stayed at. The blankets were torn and the towels had holes. I had come to St. Louis to enjoy with my brother and went for a shock after visiting this place. I wanted to show my brother who was visiting from India how the motels look in America and he went for a shock. His only comment was hotels in India are better than this place. The shower was pathetic and my water outlet of my fridge dispenses water at much better pressure than the shower at this hotel. I can give the room number too if anyone is interested

You can find way better rooms for the same price or even cheaper

Very dirty we moved rooms twice and their was roaches and bed bugs in both and all the rooms smell like cigarettes smokes
