Very kind and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean and my mattress comfortable!

Completely unsanitary and no cooperation from reception, no refund possible, go away! You will throw away your money in the trash...

I rejected the first room because of the black mold in the tub. The second room had broken thrift shop quality furniture, dirt in the corners, and was dimly lit. The second tub looked like someone left green Comet cleaner in it, also questionable for bathing. The toilet took two flushes and the water that was left was dirty. The breakfast was bread only, no protein. Door were banging all night. This is one run down motel, looking like some poor franchisee bought it without the funds to fix it up. This is a real black eye for Days Inn & Suites.

Just terrible! I don't recommend going there! It was just a horrible experience nothing was done sadly good evening and get my money back!

First of all the room said 538 but it was on the bottom floor. Second, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Third and final, I paid $20.00 for a late check out and at 11:15 am We got a knock on the door room service. Now any other company would have refunded my money since we didn’t get to sleep in. I knew w would be late getting back from the graduation party so that is why I ask for the late check out. Sorry to say I won’t be using them again.
