This was the worst hotel ever. Roaches, animal feces,mold it was absolutely disgusting. My son in law had a seizure in front lobby and the front desk person just sat there never even checking on him.or even asking if he was ok.this hotel should not even be allowed to do business

This is obviously an older property that is in sore need of updating. In the first room they gave us, the shower curtain rod was so loose that the curtain hung into the tub — and propping it up caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor 1/2 an inch deep. With an unusable bathroom, we were moved to another room — the smell of which was redolent of a locker room after the big game. That did it — we moved to a different hotel altogether. I will say that the front desk attendant was very understanding and accommodating to our requests, but we simply couldn't stay at such a filthy, rundown place. Very disappointing, since we have been staying at Choice Hotels for many years.

The hotel was very clean, the front office staff was very pleasant and always available. The rooms were perfect they were clean the breakfast was awesome. The surrounding area was very nice they bars are close and really good restaurants near by as well

Our rooms smelled musty. When we opened the adjoining room doors, the door frame was covered in mold. The tub in my room was dripping and could not be turned off. The Continental breakfast was small muffins and watery coffee. When I completed the survey on the stay, all I got was an email from the general manager at the hotel. DO NOT stay hear.

It was fast and easy to get checked in. The staff was pretty pleasant to deal with, so that was a plus.
There were more smells going on in this hotel than I have ever had before and they didn't go together well. There was everything from a pot smell at the entrance, air freshener in the lobby, wet carpet, and maple syrup in the halls. The bed was pretty hard, but I have slept in worse for sure. Our AC wasn't working, but they were able to move us across the hall and that helped.
The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but the lady who was working was EXTREMELY nice and polite and the food was hot and the drinks were cold like they are supposed to be! The property was also VERY quiet, which could be based on occupancy, but it was nice while we were there.

Staff was great, breakfast was decent, the entire hotel smells like an ash tray that someone spilled air fresheners into to cover up the smell. The walls are THIN. Guests across the hall were having a blast partying and it was so potent we had to shove a towel in the door threshold so we could breathe. The worst part was the beds. My God, I have never had such a horrible mattress in my LIFE. It felt like I slept on a cardboard cutout of a mattress. Will NEVER stay there again.

First off, the lady who was working late Thursday evening is probably one of the rudest people I have ever talked to when checking into a hotel. I get it, people are probably mean to her, but I was being as cordial as I could and she should definitely not be working with the public. Put her somewhere else.
Secondly, the room was disgusting, the elevators don't look like they've been cleaned ever. The linens and and dirty laundry were left all over the hallways in the middle of the night. That is not normal and very gross.
Lastly, I didn't even stay my final night because of how horrible this place is. Carelessness is very prevalent here, and I couldn't believe that I even paid what to paid to stay here after that experience.

The nicest thing that happened was an evening moment at the desk with Mike? where he helped us print out our plane tickets for the next day. The "People's Printer" was down and he helped go from phone to front desk printer with dispatch.
The breakfast tasted good and was nicely presented.
