Le lit est médiocre. Les rideaux laissent passer bien trop de lumière. Bien que fatigués nous avons mal dormi. Partis à 8 h le premier matin, à notre retour de Reims à 19h le lit n'était toujours pas fait. A 19h aucun personnel présent. A la réception une ardoise vous dit que en cas de problème ou de désir il faut appeler tel numéro, mais il n'y a pas de téléphone! De plus impossible d'ouvrir la porte de notre chambre avec la clef remise. Il nous a fallu aller à pied à l'auberge pour obtenir de l'aide d'un jeune amateur serrurier... La relation coût bénéfice est fort insatisfaisante. Un responsable professionnel ne loue pas une chambre avec une serrure neuve et si problématique.

Le Relais Renaissance nous sommes déçu, personne à la réception à notre arrivée, horaire qui avait été confirmé par mail, tout par téléphone. le soir notre porte bloquée, gérer par téléphone, la propreté laisse a désirer, il faisait un froid de canard dans la chambre. le déjeuner dans un autre hôtel auberge, pas très propre et loin d’être un déjeuner de qualité pour le prix.

Ayant réservé une chambre avec balcon, J ai reçu une chambre sans balcon. Un rouleau de papier wc ayant a tout cassé 20 feuilles …… Lors du paiement , j ai signalé la chambre , La patronne m a fait une remise de 1€. C est du n importe quoi . Une chose est certaine , je n y reviendrai pas.

Clean and well equipped, mixed seeing some reviews. But I quickly understood that they were angry people who don't know how to behave... We leave the dirty mountain bikes in the hall and that doesn't allow the owner to point them out.
