Dirty, smelly, gross. Thus property is in such bad condition. They are remodeling but should close, gut it and replace everything, then reopen. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not worth the cost savings.

The room was different from what was advertised in the picture. Also, the placard to let you know the room numbers were missing on the second floor - it was just a piece of paper taped on the inside. They tried to save money by turning off the A/C units in unoccupied rooms. But they also left the curtains open with a western-facing room. So when I walked in, it was a hot box. I was not able to cool off even after several minutes with the A/C running (which had broken knobs). I ended up leaving to stay at a different place for the night. The staff was nice, but the hotel itself was not something I would ever book again, and I will tell my fellow colleagues to stay away from.

Don't think they cleaned our room before we got there. I could see dirt on the floor. The microwave and fridge did not work. There was a place to mount the tv however, it was sitting on top of the broken dresser. There are 0 pictures on the wall. No decor period. There is paint on the table and chairs I am assuming from when the room was painted. Would not stay there again. Did not complain since we were only there to sleep for ball tournament. Would not have stayed more than 1 night or if I had to spend any time in the room other than sleep. I guess you get what you pay for.

So I'm gonna try to do this in a 100 words or less, which is gonna be hard. It was absolutely disgusting. It was beyond horrible. There was a bag on the smoke detector which is crazy. They're was the door in the bathroom that wouldn't close. The bathroom was discussing, it smelled like urine. There was a wire hanging down from the ceiling. It was just completely awful and I suggest you do not stay here and spend your money. Go somewhere else for 10 bucks More or 15 bucks more and get some place that's comfortable. The sheets were discussing. I didn't take my shoes. Off the whole time I was there until I got into bed which was also Gross so I ended up asking for my money back which I got and I went to another hotel the next day. I actually had to sleep there, though, one night

This is only a place to sleep if you're staying one night and don't plan on bathing here. Obviously they take no pride in keeping it up. Don't bother with the breakfast either, there wasn't anything available when I went in there and no one around to check on the breakfast area. Very disappointing stay.

I booked 16 rooms for 2 nights here for my crew that was hosting a fundraising event at the college in town. Due to the nature of the event, we did not get to our rooms until after 10 pm the first night. Disgusting is an understatement!! And I have stayed in hotels in the poorest parts of Brazil and Mexico! The lobby was in total disarray, with large pieces of plastic hanging everywhere and overspray and dust on everything. There was furniture and appliances sitting out in the parking lot and one of the staircases was very unsafe, to the point of about to fall down. I did move one couple to another hotel because their room looked as though someone had just walked out of it. There were wet towels in the floor, both beds were unmade, and the room was not clean. Just about all the rooms had issues. From mold, roaches, burn marks on the wall, and very nasty unclean plate in the mircowave, to peeling paint on the walls, and burns in the comforters!! The problem with moving was that our event had practically sold out the other hotels. Neither of the other 2 hotels could accommodate the number of people I had, so we had to stay there! I reached out to Wyndham immediately about the conditions. I even sent the pictures attached to this review to them. They referred me to the property owner, who basically said too bad, you should have left when you saw the conditions.. Never mind there was no other places to go!! I tried to negotiate with the owner about a partial refund, but he has yet to respond since his initial contact. I am surprised that Wyndham has no policy in regards to how the property owners represent the brand. Once the owner made initial contact to tell me to get lost, Wyndham closed the case I had opened. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE THIS PROPERTY REPRESENT THEIR BRAND. IT IS BAD BUSINESS!

My wife and I travel a lot and I would have to say this is the worst Wyndham hotel we have ever stayed at and would not recommend it to anyone. I just wish I had read the reviews before I booked it. The room was filthy l, the bathroom was not clean, including the toilet, there were not wash cloth, the only chair in the room was falling apart. Just s surprised that Wyndham would even allow this place to be open!!

The building appeared to be under construction on one side when I arrived. There was furniture and construction equipment everywhere. After checking into the lobby, I walked up unsteady looking stairs to the second floor on the opposite side of the building. The door didn't look as if it would securely lock, the air conditioner appeared to be partially pulled out and half-used cigarettes were everywhere. Upon entering the room, there were stains on the comforters, exposed outlets, extra appliances sitting unplugged and unknown substances on the well worn dresser and side table. Though it appeared they had replaced the flooring, it didn't appear to be taken care of. I immediately asked for and was granted a refund and left for another hotel several miles away. Not at all acceptable conditions.
