The environment is first-class, the facilities are advanced and perfect, and the service attitude is excellent.
Booked a premium room and double spa to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
The hotel upgraded our room to a large suite and gave us a wine tasting.
I didn’t have breakfast, but the lunch was of excellent quality. I wanted to book a dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans l'établisssement pour le réveillon de noel, profitant d'une belle suite, d'une après midi de soins en duo au SPA, d'une soirée à la Table du Lavoir, de l'achat de caisses de vin au Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte et du repas de Noel au restaurant de la Grand Vigne. Tout aurait été parfait si le diner à la Grand Vigne n'avait été entaché d'une découverte dans un des plats de petites pailles de fer (que nous avons signalé) et que la buche ait été servie en oubliant la truffe noire rappée dessus (nous nous en sommes aperçus lorsque le dessert a été servi sur la table voisine). Nous l'avons signalé lors de notre départ à l'accueil ainsi que si le questionnaire qualité mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour, ni de contact. Ce qui pour un établissement de ce niveau n'est pas acceptable. Ce n'est pourtant pas la première fois que nous venons. Décevant !!!
