The environment is first-class, the facilities are advanced and perfect, and the service attitude is excellent.
Booked a premium room and double spa to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
The hotel upgraded our room to a large suite and gave us a wine tasting.
I didn’t have breakfast, but the lunch was of excellent quality. I wanted to book a dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Très belle rénovation d’une suite au village des pêcheurs, grand salon lumineux qui s’ouvre sur une terrasse avec vue sur le vignoble. Les lambris sont peints en blanc avec des touches de vert, grand canapé confortable. La chambre à elle aussi été remise au goût du jour avec un lit King size très confortable.Ambiance vacances sur le Bassin d’Arcachon très réussie!! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits variés, on est toujours accueilli avec le sourire et le service est efficace

L’accueil, la literie, le restaurant ( la grand vigne). Tout était au rdv pour que l’on passe un très bon moment. Concernant la chambre, celle-ci était vraiment sombre c’est dommage. Hormis cela, elle était vraiment très confortable.

I really recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and explore the Bordeaux region. The hotel is beautiful a mix of rustic chic, country side vibe with modern touches. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, I would also love to go during summer when the vines are blooming. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. I love how they would light a candle during turn down service and you would come back to such a nice aroma. Having the option for breakfast in bed was great, the picnic basket presentation was so nice. All the staff were super friendly and glad to help with anything. Dinner at La Grand’Vigne is a must. Also visiting the winery, such a beautiful place and just walking around the grounds. I highly recommend booking the spa in advance at it does get fully booked. Also a must is renting a car since you are in the outskirts of town and that way you can also visit other towns like St Emilion (which I loved). The hotel is also pet friendly. Overall highly recommended.
