Great experience
It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

Les draps tachés pas d’oreiller et les lits jamais fait. Même en faisant la remarque à la réception les draps n’ont pas été changés. A Plusieurs reprises j’ai manifesté mon mécontentement auprès du service clientèle qui sont restés sans réponses. Ou une réponse juste pour me satisfaire sur le moment.
Au petit déjeuner on a eu un gardien des buffets. La personne était là pour nous dire ce qu’on doit prendre et à quelle quantité ou alors il refusait d’approvisionner le buffets. Il se permettait même de dire ne prenait pas autant si vous pensais pas le finir. Une personne très désagréable.
Bref j’en ai fait des hôtels mais celui la est le pire. A décommandé il ne faut surtout pas y aller.
