The most awful service I've ever seen, the staff is not professional, bad mannered and impolite. We planned to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, after 15 minutes waiting the waiter arrived and informed that our order would be ready in 40 ( fourty !!!) minutes. OK, many customers - we were waiting, after 30 minutes the waiter arrived and served the customers at the nearest table, the meal appeared to be not same they ordered, they left angry. What do you think the waiter did? He offered us the meal of the previous customers! I asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager, I insisted - they pretended they didn't understand English, I spoke French - they answered in Arabic. We went to the hotel reception - the same answer. I hope the responsible will read this message and act accordingly.

Sauberes modernes Hotel an ruhiger und Zentraler Lage. Der saubere und lange Strand ist nur durch die Strasse vom Hotel getrennt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal ist nett und Hilfsbereit.
