After a cancelled flight and a very nice lady at the airline counter that was willing to share the last hotel room with us - we ended up having the best stay! Owen provided exceptional care!

Warm and welcoming front desk. Comfortable room with furnished balcony for people watching. Loved the cupola for afternoon cocktails and gorgeous view. Everything you need for a great MV experience!! We will definitely return to the island and would stay here again.

The positives: - Great location, right near the ferry and bus stop - Lovely rooftop deck where you could eat breakfast or do yoga - Clean and tidy rooms Areas for improvement: - Basically no sound insulation between rooms, could hear doors slamming in adjoining rooms at 6 am. Even putting a damper on the room doors so they dont slam would be an easy fix - Asked for late checkout and before I could even say I only needed 30 minutes they said no because they were sold out - poor customer experience if you ask me

Last weekend of June was my last visit to Martha’s Vineyard and I think my third stay at Mansion House! Each visit is better than the last! However what’s always constant is the friendly and helpful staff, the location (near the ferry) and free parking and easy access to shops and restaurants (noting MH has its own excellent restaurant). The rooms are pleasant and the beds comfortable, My June visit involved elderly relatives so location was important as well as having an elevator! I look forward to future stays and (finally) getting a chance to visit Mansion House’s well regarded spa!

We are never disappointed at the Mansion House. Staff go above and beyond to help your stay be comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are nicely appointed and always very clean and inviting. Very good coffee and lite bkfst available, wonderful beds and located in the middle of Vineyard Haven for shopping, good eats, and ocean views. Can’t go wrong.

We just returned from a trip to Martha's Vineyard. We stayed at the Mansion for the first time. The room was very nice, spacious and clean with a nice side view of the harbor. The staff and management at the Mansion were probably the nicest staff that we have ever encountered in our travels. Everything was excellent. My wife said this was probably her favorite hotel for all of our trips. I would highly recommend staying there and we will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Perfect spot
This place is rad. Quick walk from the ferry. Room was cozy. King bed comfy. Pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and gym were great. People were so friendly. Restaurant and bar looked nice but we walked to Waterside and The Attic for all our meals. Super easy. 10/10. Would return.
