Bella posizione e bellissima vista.
Unico neo nei picchi di consumo l’acqua calda scarseggia, e d’inverno è un disagio non indifferente.

Posizione bellissima,appartamento piccolo ma perfettamente attrezzato,personale discreto e disponibile. Servizio di fornitura pane mattutino eccezionale,il pane arriva ancora caldo e fragrante. Accoglienza ottima,il titolare ci ha fornito subito cartine e materiale utile per le escursioni. Piscina e Spa bellissime e soprattutto dopo le meravigliose passeggiate che la zona offre.

Sono stato al Sonneck ben quattro volte e penso che sarà tappa fissa per le nostre vacanze estive future. Appartamenti molto belli, puliti, moderni e con tutto il necessario. La sua spa è molto bella. Nella zona dove c'è la sauna con il bagno turco si possono fare tisane, the e camomille... Grazie di tutto.

Scoperto per caso, questa struttura immersa nella quiete e nella natura è stupenda. Posizionato in una vietta sopra il paese Martell, si raggiunge agevolmente il centro tramite una scala che scende in sicurezza i tornanti. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e attrezzati, il balcone sulla valle ci ha fatto fa sfondo a colazioni e pranzi. Incluso nel prezzo ci sono l'uso piscina e wellness (toccasana dopo una giornata di cammino), palestra, la Val Venosta card (che ci ha permesso di entrare in valle utilizzando i bus locali gratuitamente, senza bisogno di spostare l'auto) e tanti altri benefit. La struttura offre la possibilità di utilizzare le lavatrici a gettoni. Assolutamente consigliato, noi ci torneremo di sicuro.

Vom Appartmentbalkon aus hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick ins Tal, aber - es war sehr schwierig, nach der Buchung und Überweisung des Angelds eine Bestätigung zu erhalten, - der kaputte Safe wurde während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht repariert, - unser Schlafzimmer ging (wie in einem amerikanischen. Motel) zum Parkplatz hinaus, so dass wir jedes Gespräch dort und jedes Auto deutlich hörten. Weil es eine größere Anlage auch mit Privatwohnungen ist, gibt es eben viele An- und Abfahrten; - insgesamt ist das Haus nicht neu und sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt der Bewohner oben drüber. Toll und sehr gepflegt ist der indoor-Pool, superfreundlich ist die slowakische Hausdame vor Ort. Der Eigentümer kommt nur auf Anforderung oder zum Zahlen ins Haus, so haben wir leider nicht die erhofften Tips für Wanderungen oder die wenigen geöffneten Restaurants bekommen.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 bellissimi giorni in questo unico residence , in 2 appartamenti , insieme ad un altra famiglia di amici (2 famiglie con 4 bambini in tutto ). I 2 appartamenti posizionati su unico piano ma con possibilità di poter sfruttare tutta l' area "comune" (soggiorno e area relax ) e di poter condividere quindi i pasti insieme in una deliziosa e spaziosa area soggiorno . La vista di ciascun appartamento : da cartolina . A Capodanno siamo riusciti ad assistere dall alto ai fuochi d artificio fatti in paese. Fantastico. Ottima la posizione. Ottima la zona piscina / bagno turco e sauna. A presto e Grazie al titolare molto disponibile e gentile.
