Sono stata orientata verso questo hotel per la loro mission “zeit für mich” e questo è quello che ho trovato…. Tempo per me! Un posto incantevole, immerso in una quiete meravigliosa, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli dove le attenzioni verso il cliente non mancano mai! La gentilezza e la disponibilità ricevute sono state parte integrante del nostro soggiorno! Ottima la colazione, la cucina e la carta dei vini! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccellente in questo hotel, immerso in una posizione incantevole con panorami mozzafiato. La struttura si è presentata impeccabilmente pulita e ordinata, con ogni dettaglio curato nei minimi particolari per garantire il massimo comfort. Siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità dai proprietari, la cui disponibilità e professionalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La cucina dell’albergo è un vero punto di forza: gli chef preparano ogni giorno piatti squisiti, ricchi di sapore e presentati con cura. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi desidera trascorrere momenti di totale relax all’insegna della qualità e del comfort superiore: un’esperienza indimenticabile in un’atmosfera di assoluta tranquillità.

Wir sind mittlerweile schon mit der gesamten Familie Stammgäste und dies aus gutem Grund. Die Herzlichkeit der Familie Pircher und Ihr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Umgang mit Ihren Gästen ist bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und überrascht immer wieder aufs neue durch die Kreativität der Küche. Der Service ist rundum hervorragend. Familie Pircher ist sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Beratung für Freizeit Aktivität und der Wellnessbereich ist durch die großzügigen Fenster, mit Blick auf die Berge, ein Ort zum Entspannen. Ganz nach dem Motto der Familie Pircher:" Zeit für mich ".

Das Hotel ist ein absolutes Juwel! Die Zimmer sind modern, makellos sauber und bieten höchsten Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist ein wahrer Genuss und wärmstens zu empfehlen. Die Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Personals ist außergewöhnlich – ob am Empfang, bei der Erfüllung von Sonderwünschen oder bei der Erteilung von Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum positiv und wir empfehlen das Burgaunerhof aus vollem Herzen weiter.

Alles tipp-topp! Sehr nette Gastgeber und super Hotel! Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Tage (auch wenn das Wetter nicht so schön war) im Hotel Burgnauerhof verbracht. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichnetes Mehrgangmenü zum Nachtessen.

Tutto perfetto. Zonr benessere con vari tipi di infusi e spuntini di frutta secca, piscina, sale relax sia interne che esterne, saune, bagno turco, cabina a raggi infrarossi, tutto a dir poco favoloso. Staff super disponibile e cordiale. Addirittura il giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno omaggiato una torta alla ricotta! Che gradita sorpresa! Il buffet della colazione è infinito, specialità i formaggi della Val Venosta. Camera calda e soprattutto silenziosissima. Per chi cerca tranquillità come me, è perfetto. Infatti il loro motto è: 'Tempo per me'.

Struttura e servizi sicuramente oltre le aspettative, tenuto conto che è un 3 stelle. Veramente tutto molto curato e pulito, in ogni parte. La famiglia è sempre stata molto attenta alle nostre esigenze e sempre presente. L'aspetto culinario è stato eccelso. Pietanze sempre varie, tanto a colazione che cena. Con un ottimo buffet. Presentazione dei piatti davvero molto buona. Peraltro i cibi, per quanto in buona quantità, erano evidentemente prodotti e cucinati con ingredienti sani e di qualità. E' impossibile descrivere la sensazione che si è provata mangiando :-D Menzione particolare per Maria Elisabetta, la ragazza addetta ai servizi massaggi della SPA. Ne abbiamo chiesti due a testa ed erano davvero diversi tra loro, efficaci e soprattutto anche diversi a tanti altri che abbiamo fatto in altre occasioni. E' sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Die Gastgeber Familie ist super herzlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Man kommt an und fühlt sich gleich wohl! Das Essen ist köstlich und sehr abwechslungsreich und kreativ. Ebenso die vom Inhaber geführte Schneeschuhwanderung war eindrucksvoll, spaßig und wunderbar. Ich war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal Gast im Burgaunerhof, sondern komme sehr sehr gerne wieder!
