Famille très agréable et d’une super gentillesse.
L’appartement était grand,lumineux et propre.
La terrasse également.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.
Nous avons eu des pâtisseries /viennoiseries fraîches chaque matin.
L’emplacement du B and B se situe dans une rue privée très calme et se situe également à 20 min de Venise en voiture.
La piscine est très confortable avec ses transats.

Vanessa House ligger litt øde til, men veldig koselig familiedrevet bed & breakfast. Veldig koselig bassengområde som vi fikk bruke sent på kvelden. Veldig gode tips fra eier rundt å komme oss til Venezia. Lett å ta toget fra en togstasjon 10-15 min unna.
Rommet var romslig og stort med alt man trenger for et opphold. Også en god pizzarestaurant i nærheten.
God wifi som ungene satt pris på.
Frokost var ok, men kan variere fra dag til dag.

We have visited here on many occasions and it remains as exceptional as ever. The B&B has such a warm and friendly vibe, thanks mainly to the hospitality of the proprietors Elena & Moreno, who are on hand to make you feel more than welcome and assist with any requirements you may have. Ample, free, secure parking on the premises (key-fob for electric gates provided), which are located on a very quiet residential side-street, away from the noise and crowds of Venice, yet still within easy reach of La Serenissima, be it by public transport or under your own steam. All guest rooms are cleaned daily (as is the swimming pool) with towels provided and each complete with air conditioning. Fresh breakfast served every day, award-winning gelateria a stone's throw away along with a supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy and pasticceria all also nearby. There is also a local take-a-way pizzeria and good restaurants within the locality. This really is the ideal place to stay if you're planning a trip to this region of Italy and serves as an ideal base from which to visit Venice. Thank you Elena & Moreno.

Magnifique villa située dans un clos privé. Parking gratuit et fermé Elena nous a accueilli avec le sourire et en français. Elle est de très bons conseils tant pour les déplacements que pour les restaurants . Petit déjeuner copieux avec confitures et pâtisseries maisons Il y fait également très propre tant dans la chambre que aux extérieurs (très beau jardin et piscine) Nous recommandons a 1000 % Petit tuyau : réservez directement sur son site. Le tarif y est vraiment avantageux

We recently stayed at this absolutely lovely B&B Vanessa House and I tell you, the accommodations and this family, were the BEST!! The house feels very inviting and warm, with its beautiful property and lovely breakfast by the pool to start each day. Our room was nice and spacious, equipped with amenities. It is a GREAT place to stay, free from crowded tourist areas, and not to mention the location is easy access to take a short bus ride to boats, food, and LOTS of shopping into Venice. This was a perfect place for us to stay! It was the Right PRICE, Very CLEAN, and Great BREAKFAST. Thank you, Elena, Moreno, & Vanessa for being EXCEPTIONAL HOSTS. We highly recommend the B&B Vanessa House to anyone planning to visit Venice! Overall, our trip here was definitely highlighted by our stay at this B&B. We would have liked to stay longer……..but surely hope to come back! TommieO

This is our 3rd time staying at Vanessa house. This time was even better. I believe our bed was upgraded. We were very comfortable. Elena is the hostess with the " mostess" So cheerful and accommodating Excellent variey of food for breakfast with choice of how you like your coffee. For us, The Vanessa House is the best place to stay near Venice.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as described and reasonably priced. This is a great place to stay when visiting Venice. Elena, provides a delicious breakfast including homemade bread, jams and cakes. Everything was very clean. The whole family was very warm and helpful. We fell in love with them and would definitely stay there again if we were ever back in Italy. Would definitely recommend this BnB. You will not be disappointed.
