I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.

Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is

OMG the bar & restaurant staff are next level!! We’re here with our 5 kids… Millicent & Gigi were so amazing that my 8 year old drew portraits of them!! Also- Just FYI- even the pre-made cocktails were ace!!! And their company totally 5* Sophie & Jenna totally made our day in the restaurant. Just the most lovely people. Even after seeing them deal with (totally unnecessarily) difficult people, they were patient & kind with us and our kids. This was a last minute booking after inclement weather in our local area made travelling to the airport in the early hours difficult. But I would totally book again for our next trip! Feels like we’re on holiday already!! Thanks ladies, you rock!!

I stayed at the Premier Inn over New Year’s Eve. The staff, Denise, Timmy, Di and Jen were really friendly and polite. The breakfast was really nice and just what I ordered. Great service on New Year’s Day! Very much appreciated! Highly recommended!

Stayed over for a christmas party event at the NEC, from booking to checkout the experience was flawless. The team on site were extremely friendly and helpful, room spotless with everything needed for a nights stay with lots of parking available and taxis very easy to book. Great value stay.

It’s very well situated for the NEC as we went to the Good Food Show and it was literally a couple of minutes drive from it. Rooms comfy. Staff friendly and welcoming. Especially in the restaurant - which is called The Social. There were too members of staff that made our stay perfect and there names are Chelsea and Denise. So down to earth and so so helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Will definitely stay again when we are next at the NEC.

Stayed with family and everything about our visit was excellent, from the warm hospitality to the impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Breakfast was absolutely great. Thank you for making our stay so special. I will definitely recommend your hotel to others.
