Comfort Inn Cranberry Twp

The Comfort Inn Cranberry is a top notch place to stay. Very Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the many places around the Cranberry area. Malda, one of the housekeepers. was especially nice, kind, and helpful. When I found out the age of the motel, it is much older than I thought! (Seems relatively new). The design of the rooms, lobby, and in-room amenities all feature up to date and thoughtful features. A 10 out of 10!!

Fridge was filthy. Carpets were stained. Staff was great but manager was rude. Breakfast was great!

We are a family of 6, so we always require a queen suite room to accommodate all of us. We had been driving for several hours and literally couldn’t find any suite rooms available. For the first time in 17 years we had to get 2 rooms. I say that to say, this was the most affordable option while still being rated well - 8.4 in *******. The hotel was fine, but very muggy. There was a slight smell in the elevator & hallways. Our rooms were not queens as expected, definitely full beds. When 2 of my daughters and I wales into our rooms we noticed the alarm clock was blinking. No big deal, I set the time. 10 minutes later it was blinking again, so I decided to check where it was plugged in to see if it was just a bad connection. I was not expecting to find what I saw. The outlet plate cover was not on properly and the outlet was crooked & partially exposed and coming out of the wall. The alarm clock plug was only half way plugged in, because it was crooked and the plate cover was only on because it was hanging on the lamp plug. Seeing as our bed was in front of this outlet, I wasn’t feeling super safe, so I just unplugged the alarm. The second part wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault, but it was a deterrent. We got in just after midnight so it was late, we were ready to sleep, however, the birds outside of our room had something else in mind. I’ve never heard such loud birds and ones that literally never stopped chirping. It was so loud it sounded like the nest was inside our window. I’m not sure if the walls are just that thin or what, but it took awhile to sleep. I will say, the beds, while small were comfortable enough & the pillows & covers were comfy. The lobby & hallways were very warm & muggy, but with the air on in our rooms, the humidity wasn’t noticeable. Lastly, the next morning white getting a hand towel to dry my face, the towel rack fell off the wall. When I found the holders & put them back on, it seemed like it had been broken and someone just slid the ends on the posts… cause I tried to put it back, but it kept falling off. So, it helped us for lodging, clean sheets, comfy pillows, & the breakfast in the morning seemed fine… just a little more fine tuning & attention to details could be done.

I had a wonderful stay and easy to get to. The hotel is ckean and everything a person wants. Diane was super friendly she answered all my concerns. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. I can't wait to return to the area next vacation and stay at the hotel.
