It was just right.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, good location, free parking on the streets around the hotel (if you can find a space), around 10 minutes walking to train station. Area around the hotel looked clean and safe.

Hotel is good, how the receptionist treat the customers is VERY BAD! He told us with high tone that our booking is not in the system, although we already paid for it & can show our booking confirmation :)) It's is very stupid. Then the fault is on the hotel. That the owner booked with his name (not my name). Actually it is okay. But how the employee (receptionist) behave so bad in handling the customers is just SHAMEFUL. He should get a proper training in Service and Customer Handling.

Friendly staff, I recommend it

The room is good, a bit gloomy because of the bars on the window... The room itself is cozy and clean. But when you go out into the hallway, there is an unpleasant smell and you can see that they don't clean well.

Good location, the room was quite clean overall quite good value for money

We asked for a separate bed, unfortunately they gave us a double bed, too bad.

Really great, from the welcome to the room, personally top notch, one of the best hotel chains!!!

Excellent welcome, the friendliest staff, excellent bedding comfort, the cleanliness of the bathroom could do better. Proximity to public transport and shopping centers makes it a hotel to recommend without hesitation.
