I've lived here for quite a while! Everything is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and various supermarkets nearby. Parking is convenient and the front desk is friendly and responsible. The appliances in the room are also very new and work well. I recommend it.

Being in town for an overnight staycation with attending to Auckland Cabaret Festival event, I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Marsden Viaduct Hotel.  My room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view and bubble bath to pamper in as highlights.  Within close walking distance to bars, restaurants and a captivating vista of the viaduct, it’s a wonderful way to feel elsewhere on holiday whilst being in the heart of the city.  I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

There is only a beach nearby, but it was nice to rest quietly! It was better than I thought.

The tallest building in Orewa Town, the view is very high, spacious and comfortable, washing machine dryer is available, the bed is comfortable, there is a big supermarket downstairs, too close to the beach, the price is super high.

The room is very nice, with complete facilities. It is very close to the supermarket, so it is economical and healthy to buy ingredients and cook by yourself. It is very quiet at night. There are small gardens in front and back, and the view from the garden is great. The service is very good, and every question is answered without any impatience.

They have this policy of no loud music after 10pm but sadly our first night the people who stay on the buttom room bought their own speaker and turn on loud, beating music even after midnight. We called the reception at 11pm which they responded but the people just turn down the music and turn it on again after they left.

Overall, Good location as Dunstan lake is nearby, Worth the money and the have a good view.
