Exceptional hotel... Central, nice and friendly staff. Comfortable, elegant and clean rooms. Breakfast served in an elegant, clean and well equipped room. The food is plentiful and of the highest quality. The dining room staff was available and ready to satisfy our every need, even the most particular. Those who want to stay in an elegant hotel should book at the Best Western. We will definitely be back

Posizione centralissima, sono stati gentilissimi nel guidarmi per le strade e portarmi vicino all'Hotel. Poi da li ci hanno pneato loro all'auto. Camere molto confortevoli sicuramente da tornarci per la splendida posizione in centro.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro. Pulito e confortevole. Ottima la colazione. Un po'difficile da raggiungere in auto , attenzione a google maps che se si arriva dal lungomare indica di passare dalle zone pedonali e stradine strettissime. Ottimo però il servizio garage: si consegna l'auto fuori dall'hotel e pensano loro al parcheggio.

Ottimo soggiorno Camera pulita, silenziosa con un bel terrazzo sulla città Personale attento e preciso, molto cordiale Posizione ottima centralissima per muoversi senza auto. I posti di interesse sono tutti visitabili a piedi. Parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi, senza problemi

Posizione centralissima, camere grandi e pulite. La tripla però aveva il letto singolo in una stanza attigua senza finestre che ha reso difficoltoso il dormire a mio figlio di 10 anni. Nei letti un copri materasso in plastica ha reso difficile dormire per il caldo. Colazione buona, staff veramente disponibile e gentile. Stanze grandi e pulite. Consiglio

Hotel molto elegante e pulito. Servizio garage efficiente. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto gradevole il buffet delle colazioni dove vengono proposte diverse tipologie di cibi, compresi quelli della tradizione siciliana.

It was the best hotel where we stayed during our travels across Sicily. The staff are superb, the breakfast fantastic and the views from the balcony over the Cathedral magnificent!!! The original art work compliments the interior. Astrida and Paul PS best cannelloni.

the room was a nice size with queen bed. nice sheets and towels in the bath. the breakfast was good. a lot of breads. front desk helpful and friendly. a good stop -- a good location for visiting some interesting sites in the area. glad we stayed.
