Although a bit dated the hotel still as character. The location is good near many local cafes ( no alcohol) but also many restaurants that do serve a beer as do nearly all the hotel bars. It’s also 5 minutes from Starbucks if that grabs your fancy. The hotel itself as a decent enough pool and the spa service I would recommend… if you like cats you will be happy as they playfully are all about the complex as they are everywhere. The hotel food is decent. But if you want a cheaper beer smack opposite there is a great local bar at half the price and definitely a good place to relax. You can walk to medina in a straight line in 15 minutes so no need to get a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The sound was loud and dusty, and I immediately turned back to the front desk of the hotel to ask for another room. The quiet environment, the hotel hesitated and gave me a room on the fourth floor, but when I entered the room after arriving on the fourth floor, the sound of the impact drill was still loud , There was no way to rest comfortably, so I had no choice but to contact Ctrip's customer service. In the end, the customer service communicated with the hotel and changed me to a room on the fifth floor on the other side. It was very quiet and gave me an unexpected compensation voucher , Thanks to Ctrip's customer service! I mainly want to make complaints about writing this review. As a five-star international chain hotel, the hotel is undergoing renovations during the period of receiving guests, and the guests are arranged in rooms on the decoration floor, which is simply unbelievable!

This hotel was amazing close to many places and a 5 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.

I don't think it's bad for the price... I think it's exactly what I expected. It was better than the picture, so I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

The hotel was very nice and clean. we had the pool view. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional. One staff guy, Mustafa, was top, very funny and kind. The rooms were quite spacious and bright. we had a great time and certainly if we were to make another trip to Morocco we would definitely stay there.
