I made the right choice by choosing this place. The room was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the private space. It gets very hot in the afternoon in Marrakech, so I returned to the riad and enjoyed relaxing in my room. After going out in the evening and enjoying dinner, I relaxed in the private garden with a hammock. The stylish staff were also very kind and fun to talk to. There are many places to stay in Marrakech, but I'm pleased that this riad was the best, better than any big hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's apartment in the Al Ismailia residence. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and so well-equipped it felt like a true home away from home. Mohamed is a wonderful and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The thoughtful provisions like coffee, water, and cooking spices (baharat) were a lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The building is modern and feels very safe, and the Gueliz location is perfect for exploring.
We would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.

Очень хорошие апартаменты! Отличное расположение: в лучшем районе Марракеша, откуда легко дойти до всего, что может понадобиться путешественнику. В шаговой доступности множество кафе, обмен валют, магазин Carrefour, недалеко до медины и сада Мажорель. Наличие парковки - это просто +100: никаких проблем где оставить автомобиль. В самих апартаментах просторная светлая гостиная/кухня и спальня с удобной кроватью. Санузел превосходный: все исправно работает и очень удобно.
Хаким очень любезный и приятный человек!
Если еще будем в Марракеше, обязательно остановимся здесь же!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower.
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens
Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

Everything is good, nothing to say. The staff is impeccable, outstanding customer service. I am very surprised by the quality of management and customer service. The sisters and brothers who are at the reception are very attentive, respectful, always smiling and ready to answer your complaints. Just a little message in their Whaspp group and in a few seconds you will have what you want. Free coffee, Swiss chocolate, breakfast, in short ... nothing to say. Thank you to everyone. I will return in sha Allah.

Attentive service, rich breakfast buffet, small swimming pool on the roof, large swimming pool in the restaurant downstairs for children to play, restaurant signature dishes, large lobsters over 5 pounds, very good, next time try to eat two signature dishes, fish!

The room was very spacious and I was able to stay comfortably. However, the shower drain was not good and the water overflowed in 1 minute, which was a bit of a hassle.

ZZaleeOn checkin day, the 1st room given, power point was damaged. Then i was given a 2nd room, on basement level. The room was very cold and no hot running water. I requested for a change and a 3th room was given on 2nd day on 2nd floor and it was ok. The chambermaid Ms Zaheera did a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the room. I love the bathroom and good hot running water. The front desk generally everyone were helpful and responsive. Except for the lady who does the morning shift. She was a little unhelpful.
