The room has a balcony, but the pillows are really uncomfortable. The twin room has a bed that is only 80cm wide, which is really narrow and small. The breakfast is also terrible. All the people are Chinese. It should be a hotel cooperating with tour groups. The service attitude of the front desk is okay.

Perfect hotel for short stays. I recommend for small families. Perfect atmosphere for children, smiling and friendly staff.

Ninguém fala inglês, é só a base de francês e árabe. Inglês nem o mais básico se entendem na receção ou outros serviços. Quartos e limpeza dos mesmos nada a apontar excelente Pequeno-almoço um pouco limitado. Atendimento no bar da piscina terrível, esperamos imenso tempo após fazer o pedido quer seja de bebidas ou comida. Boa cobertura de Wi-Fi até no exterior. Quanto a animação vão todos almoçar a mesma hora o que nos impossibilita durante 2 horas de pedir bolas ou toalhas para a piscina, ainda que esteja um colaborador na barraca. As toalhas para a piscina chegam sempre tarde. Deveriam meter no site do hotel french only porque é tudo dito explicado em atividades de grupo, ou qualquer outra informação em francês.

Nice hotel, especially with the kids. They have a kids club with very friendly staff! Boutaina and nadia,also they thought of adults as you can find annimation next to the pool with different activities aqua gym ,yoga ,stretching with the animators (gags,Youssef,mom,Miko,yassine…) Thank you Wazo hotel I’m definetly coming back .

Super hôtel, j’ai passé un excellent séjour là-bas. Les animateurs sont tres professionnel et surtout très accueillant avec toujours le sourire, les petits déjeuners sont très très bon. les piscines sont très grandes et très propre. L’hôtel est très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut. Les femmes de ménage toujours à notre disposition, la sécurité est irréprochable, je recommande à 100 % cet hôtel.
