The room has a balcony, but the pillows are really uncomfortable. The twin room has a bed that is only 80cm wide, which is really narrow and small. The breakfast is also terrible. All the people are Chinese. It should be a hotel cooperating with tour groups. The service attitude of the front desk is okay.

Hôtel bien,mais éloigné du centre, en travaux, à l'extérieur,chambre bien et propre, literie confortable, repas bon, petit déjeuner copieux , point negatif galère pour trouver une place et manque de vaisselle, vous courrez après les tasses et les verres .

Abbiamo fatto un tour delle città imperiali e questo è stato il primo soggiorno di 2 notti . L impatto iniziale non è male una bella piscina il verde curato ma all interno tutto molto trasandato e poco pulito Le camere sono molto semplici il bagno è vecchio e tenuto male non trovato avuto l acqua calda Finestra con uno spiffero esagerato La zona del ristorante è sporca e affollata il cibo scadente e sempre lo stesso Io lo sconsiglio vivamente

En nuestra visita, fuimos a cenar y al pagar la cuenta el mesero (quien fue muy amable y atento) cometió el error de añadir un 0 a nuestro pago. Por lo que nos cobro 1,800 dolares demás. El hotel, luego realizar el crédito a la tarjeta por el error cometido, canceló la transacción. Por lo que ahora tengo que pagar a la tarjeta los $1,800 adicionales a pesar de tener los recibos y enviar la evidencia. El hotel ha sido negligente en resolver la situación y me hizo pagar por un error que no fue nuestro. He tratado de comunicarme al hotel por todos los medios y no aparecen.
