Il nostro soggiorno in questo riad è stato un incubo fin dal check-in. Avevamo richiesto un check-in tardivo alle 19, ma al nostro arrivo, il personale sembrava confuso e non trovava la chiave della nostra stanza. Dopo vari tentativi, ci hanno portato in una stanza che sembrava appartenere ad altri ospiti, con effetti personali presenti. Ho avuto subito l'impressione che la nostra stanza fosse stata venduta a qualcun altro. Alla fine, ci hanno sistemato in una camera all'ultimo piano, vicino ai magazzini, che era in condizioni pietose: sporca, polverosa, con armadio rotto e impolverato, bagno da incubo e senza asciugamani o sapone. Il personale fingeva di essere collaborativo, ma in realtà ignorava le nostre richieste. Nonostante la volontà di andarcene, siamo stati costretti a restare per la notte a causa dell’orario. Evitate assolutamente questo riad, è stata la peggior esperienza mai vissuta.

On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour en choisissant ce magnifique Riad. Sans oublier sa proximité de la place Jamaa El fna. Le personnel très présent et au service des locataires. La climatisation pour la chaleur, les matelas pour passer de belles nuit de sommeil sans oublier le bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci à tout le personnel que nous avons croisé pendant notre séjour

Passez votre chemin. Riad qui a du potentiel mais manque réellement d’entretien… les chambre sont sombre, humide, les murs en portent même les traces. Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes donc évidement nous avions booké à l’avance . A notre arrivé, les poubelles traînent partout dans l’escalier pendant le ménage des chambres et l’un des couples avec 2 enfants se retrouve dans une chambre pour les employés et sans lit bébé … il n’avait pas de lit bébé, lorsque nous demandons de changer de chambre au moins pour avoir dans ce cas un 4 eme lit, ils nous affirment que le Riad est complet. Il aura fallu qu’un de nos ami leur parle en marocain pour qu’ils trouvent comme par magie une autre chambre !!!! Peu de réactivité du personnel, ptit dej sympa mais sans plus et tous les jours la même choses. Seul plus de l’hôtel « l’emplacement » à 2 minutes de la place jemah lefna.

El riad es bonito y más céntrico imposible. El desayuno es muy rico, pero poco variado, no hay fruta ni zumos. El café es malo pero el té buenísimo. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero la puerta es poco segura, se puede abrir con un empujoncito aunque esté el pestillo echado. El baño tiene poca luz y la alcachofa de la ducha no se mantiene. Por lo demás el personal correcto pero no están apenas.

Nice stay very close to the medina, with interesting value-for-money. Typical riad with nice furniture and decoration, but with some need for renovation (especially in the plumbing and some HVAC). Rich breakfast on the terrace to start the day. A little understaffed.
