Very bad experience, Very bad smell in the room. It is better to bring your pillow with you, the pillows they have are very big and hard so I used my jacket as a pillow. The staff is very ride especially the lady in the morning, she won’t give attention to listen to you. There is no insulation in the rooms, so the traffic noise and people talk will come to your room. It is better to avoid this place.

Because it was too late, I stayed in this hotel for one night. It was the most cost-effective hotel in Casa. The bed was big and comfortable. Most importantly, the room was well soundproofed and I slept for 10 hours. Most hotels in Casa are very expensive. There is nothing to complain about the price and service.

Je tiens à vous faire part de mon expérience extrêmement décevante à l’Hôtel Al Kabir, que je vous déconseille vivement. Tout d’abord, la chambre dans laquelle j'ai été placé était dans un état lamentable, bien loin des standards d'un hôtel digne de ce nom. Mais ce n'est pas tout : le personnel, et plus particulièrement la réceptionniste, a fait preuve d’un comportement totalement inacceptable. Son attitude était loin d’être professionnelle et ne correspondait en rien à l’accueil que l’on est en droit d’attendre dans un hôtel. Elle a été irrespectueuse et d’une impolitesse totale, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Je suis profondément déçu par cette expérience et recommande vivement d’éviter cet hôtel à tout prix. Tant l’état des chambres que l’attitude du personnel sont à des niveaux inacceptables.

We went to quite a few riads in marrakech old medine and another hotel in tangier. We wanted to stay in gueliz for a bit at the end so we changed some of our arrangements. All the spots we booked we're at a fairly low price so a lot of places we stayed had issues with the heated water, the uncomfortable pillows, etc. This place was very good for the price too! The out door area was really nice, the location was great, pillows and bed were comfortable and service was amazing compared to the hotel we stayed in tangier. Everyone working there was helpful and always at our disposal! I don't regret booking this place!

Regrettably, my stay at this hotel in Marrakech was a disappointing experience in many aspects. The lack of professionalism among the staff, their evident impoliteness, coupled with unsatisfactory rooms and neglected sanitary facilities, significantly impacted my stay. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay in Marrakech. Substantial improvement is needed for this place to become welcoming.
