What a lovely stay we had! Everything was perfect: the transfer from the airport, the Thé de Menthe on arrival, the complete itinerary for all the sights in Marrakesh that was drawn on a map for us, the beautiful rooms, the rooftop terrace, the massages, the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home, the massages…. we loved everything. Highly recommended.

Tout était parfait, les équipes sont à votre disposition pour vous aider et s’occuper de vous. Redouane est d'une très grande aide pour vous indiquer les meilleurs endroits de Marrakech et organiser des excursions. Nana est adorable et prend soin des invités. Le riad lui-même est magnifique, au calme et au centre de Marrakech, très proche de tous les endroits à visiter. Nous ne pouvons que recommander un séjour au riad et nous reviendrons ! Laura et James

I didn’t stay at this place and now never going to. I canceled my reservation more than a week before arrival because i had heart attack and couldn’t travel, but they didn’t want to refund the fee, which i pre-paid. I was going to travel for 20 days in Morocco and stay in 10 different hotels. Every other hotel refunded the money and actually expresses sympathy for my situation. This hotel didn’t respond to my calls or messages for 3 days and then just refused. If this is how they treat their potential customers i would advise you not to stay with them in solidarity, but also to teach them a lesson on how to treat people in distress. Imagine if you are a traveler and you have an emergency while staying in their hotel? Think of how they’ll treat you! If what they did to me is any indication, avoid this place like the plague. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in many hotels. I’ve never seen such callus behavior!

Le Riad est un enchantement. Le personnel tout comme les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse rare au delà du service demandé. Nous avons reçu d’excellents conseils pour visiter la ville en toute sécurité. La décoration est d’un goût exquis alliant la tradition à la modernité. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La experiencia ha sido espectacular. El servicio inmejorable. No podían ser más amables y simpáticos, todos los empleados. El Riad precioso, con todo tipo de detalles positivos. Coincidió con mi cumpleaños y me dieron la sorpresa de ponernos una tarta y celebrarlo con ellos. Un 10 en todo. Seguro que repetimos!!!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce magnifique riad, avec une déco sublime, un personnel charmant et toujours disponible, et une localisation parfaite. Sans compter un service de spa/massage à taille humaine et très pro. Et également une attention particulière pour répondre aux souhaits divers par exemple dans le désert d 'Agafay , bons plans de restaurants et monuments a découvrir dans cette ville toujours aussi envoûtante. Merci à toute l equipe du RJDS

A 5 star riad close to all attractions Marrakesh has to offer. All staff were fantastic and they treated guests like family. Breakfasts were amazing. Roof top terrace was lovely. I will definitely return next year and will recommend it to my friends. I love Morocco.

Outstanding stay here with family. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble. The manager Redoune & Nana were there to greet us and show us around the Riad. The place is immaculate, hard to believe how tranquil it is when you are literally in the middle of the medina. The staff Said, Macer. Bilal, Med, Soukiana, Mazidav& Zineb tended to our needs. Breakfast was a Moroccan feast & set us up for the day. Although there were other guests staying here, it felt more of a private home, we didn’t hear or see anyone. Airport transfers were organised for us by the staff in advance & they were more than happy to give advice on excursions and places to visit.
