Khadija et son équipe sont aux petits soins et sauront rendre votre voyage simple et agréable ! Les repas ainsi que les petits déjeuners sont variés et vraiment très bons. La piscine après une journée chaude dans Marrakech est vraiment très appréciable ! Encore merci pour tout Cédric et France

Nous avons séjourner en famille au Dar Alif avec nos 2 enfants, de 5 et 7 ans. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Khadija, une hôte d’exception, au petit soin et qui vous fait sentir littéralement comme à la maison. Les conseils de Khadija pour les restaurants et les visites sont d’une grande utilité et cohérents par rapport à nos recherches, idéal pour éviter les attrapes touristes tout en s’immergeant dans la culture locale. Le Riad est très bien situé, dans la médina qui en effet a été sinistrée et en gardé quelques stigmates. Cependant nous avons tout fait à pied et la population locale est chaleureuse et accueillante. Pour vous faciliter la vie Khadija réserve votre restaurant du soir, réserve pour vous des excursions de qualité, et reste joignable en cas de besoin pendant vos aventures marocaines. Nous avons prit un cours de cuisine marocaine avec elle et c’était un vrai moment de partage où les enfants ont activement participé. Quel fierté de déguster le soir même ces plats sur le rooftop privatisé ! Nous avons découvert en famille le rituel du hammam au Riad Dar Alif, une expérience authentique inoubliable. Les autres membres du personnel ont été tout aussi serviables et aimables. En plus d’un voyage il s’agit d’une magnifique rencontre humaine que nous n’oublierons jamais!

Súper recomendable. Está en medio del Medina, así que tuvimos la experiencia de caminar entre las enredadas y bellas calles marroquíes. Philippe (el dueño) fue muy amable con nosotros, nos sentimos súper seguros. Nos dio recomendaciones muy útiles para habituarnos rápidamente y saber cómo funcionan las cosas en Marrakech. El personal dentro del Riad fue muy amable y bueno con nosotros. Khalid nos recibió y estuvo muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Khalida, la chef fue increíble con nosotros y su comida deliciosa…

Petite escapade de quelques jours grand mère, filles et petite fille ! Le Riad Dar Alif a été un très bon choix ! Au delà du charme du lieu, l’accueil chaleureux à la marocaine est pleinement incarné par Khadija qui est adorable et Aziz (par sa gentillesse et son sourire …). C’est grâce à des rencontres comme celle là que je suis encore et toujours aussi convaincue par le concept de maison d’hôtes !!!!!

Will definitely be returning to this place. From the second we stepped foot into the doors. We were welcomed by all staff. Very respectable and made sure that we had everything. Especially with the children; they loved their time there and were exited throughout the trip. All the generic stuff such as bedroom, bathroom, Hammam, breakfast and dinner was spot on. A big thank you to all the staff at the Riad and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the beautiful city in Morocco. Thank you

Nous avons dormis 6 nuits dans 2 chambres au premier. Attention la chambre sur rue est très bruyante, on entend tout de la rue, les gens parler, des scooter et la porte d’entrée. L’autre chambre était plus calme, sauf quand on parle au desk au rdc, tôt le matin, cela résonne et nous réveille. Le Riad en soit est correct, le bémol est l’accès. Même si on peu tout faire à pied le trajet n’est pas du tout agréable (800 mètre de marche dans des ruelles étroites avec beaucoup de scooter, aucun commerce, entre des murs de 7 m de haut c’est assez stressant). Nous nous arrangions pour partir le matin et revenir le soir pour n’avoir que 2 fois à faire le trajet, on se sent un peu loin de tout. Les lits sont propres, le ménage est fait tous les jour, la décoration traditionnelle ok. Le roof top terrasse est bien mais un escalier raide pour y accéder. La terrasse serait super avec un peu de rafraîchissement. Le matin au petit déjeuner en plein soleil sans parasol. Peu d’entretien pour les plantes, les tissus sur les coussins sont usés, et tachés. Attention il y a de nombreux escaliers très raides et mâches étroites pour les chambres au premier, à déconseiller avec un enfant de moins de 6 ans ou des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches. Le personnel est adorable, heureusement c’est le plus dans ce Riad.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo riad, siamo stati trattati con tutta la gentilezza possibile e ci sono stati dati molto consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech. Consiglio assolutamente almeno una cena al riad, è stato il miglior pasto di tutta la vacanza. La cuoca Khadija ci ha anche aiutato a capire come mai non arrivava la guida che avevamo prenotato (con un’agenzia esterna al riad) telefonando più volte e risolvendo la situazione. Colazione buonissima, mi mancherà! Essendo un raid la stanza non aveva finestre ma si affacciava sul cortile interno, ho fatto un po’ fatica ad abituarmi, quindi va valutato questo. L’acqua della doccia si alternava calda e fredda, ma ci siamo adattati. Grazie ancora a tutto il personale del riad 💚!

Dar Alif is a quiet riad situated away from the manic souks and squares where you will be pestered to buy their wares. After a few days you realise that everyone - stall holders, waiters, anyone giving directions - are after your money! The alleyway to the riad is not very welcoming. It is worth getting the transfer booked by the riad from the airport as they will lead you to the door. The Dar Alif provides a pleasant, quiet refuge. Lovely breakfast - fruit, bread , preserves, cake etc. If like me you need a Yorkshire cuppa tea ask for black tea with cold milk at breakfast. The rooms are individually decorated, ours was Africa. Lovely comfortable bed, clean towels, bath robes and gorgeous orange blossom soap. No natural light which made make up/hair a challenge. Phillip and Hubert were friendly and helpful. Wine is available, not many places in Marrakesh serve alcohol.
