BAB Hotel meet up to the standard 😁, a staff Nour by name deserves a raise of pay as her service was exceptional, breakfast is brilliant as the kitchen staffs were helpful and kind.
The security men always smiling and nice.

I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

I would like to thanks to the whole personal of the Hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and dinner options, rooms superb, , chilled lounge areas, Spa magnificent, Thanks Maxime, Sabrine, (for speaking Spanish to us), and patience to change our hours for Spa, Dounia, Yassine for helping us to guide us to the great restaurant La Trattoria, Hassan, the cleaning ladies always smiling, Saffa and Aya you have gifted hands for working at that Spa.the gentlemans at the doors, the chefs...i will recomend this hotel to all my friends and deffo we will back.🥰

I stayed at Bab hotel for 3 nights this past April and had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and will arrange your transportation to and from the hotel (make sure you take at Morocco currency). You can get massages for a good price here and breakfast is included. The location was safe and away from the center of the city. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bathroom. The pool isn't appealing but overall a place worth staying!

El Hotel se encuentra un pocito alejado del centro, pero caminando por la avenida se distrae por las tiendas y restaurantes que ver por el camino. Las habitaciones del alojamiento son grandes y la ducha enorme. Bien equipado. cafetera, TV, caja fuerte, etc. El personal super amable, si te falta una cosa, en seguida te atienden. El desayuno buffet muy variada y rica, pero no recomiendo Media Pensión. Solo tienes 5 entradas y 5 platos principales. Ni postre, ni bebidas entran el en menú. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor a buen precio para comer o cenar. En el sótano tienen una zona Spa y también hay piscina. Taxi siempre disponibles en la puerta.

Beautifully designed hotel, type of boutique hotel. only 5-minute walk from the main street, where you found many restaurants. 20 mins walk from the medina. Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile.
