BAB Hotel meet up to the standard 😁, a staff Nour by name deserves a raise of pay as her service was exceptional, breakfast is brilliant as the kitchen staffs were helpful and kind.
The security men always smiling and nice.

I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr November hie da war es sehr gut mittlerweile leider sehr schlechter Service hat sich extrem gewandelt keine Handtücher an denn liegen für Schwimmbad nach Nachfrage Antwort nicht mein Bereich Frühstückszeiten nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage 7 Uhr bis 10:30 um 7:30 war es noch nicht bereit danach hieß es 7:30 bis 11:00 Uhr je wie es passt das ist ja ein Witz einzig die nette Dame am empfang sticht extrem positiv hervor ich werde Name extra nochmal erwähnen leider weiß ich in in Moment nicht letztes Mal wo wir hier sind im bab Hotel vielleicht liegt es am neuen Direktor der jetzt da ist aber kann ich nicht sagen so absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! I would like to thanks to the whole personal of the Hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and dinner options, rooms superb, , chilled lounge areas, Spa magnificent, Thanks Maxime, Sabrine, (for speaking Spanish to us), and patience to change our hours for Spa, Dounia, Yassine for helping us to guide us to the great restaurant La Trattoria, Hassan, the cleaning ladies always smiling, Saffa and Aya you have gifted hands for working at that Spa.the gentlemans at the doors, the chefs...i will recomend this hotel to all my friends and deffo we will back.🥰

I stayed at Bab hotel for 3 nights this past April and had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and will arrange your transportation to and from the hotel (make sure you take at Morocco currency). You can get massages for a good price here and breakfast is included. The location was safe and away from the center of the city. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bathroom. The pool isn't appealing but overall a place worth staying!
