BAB Hotel meet up to the standard 😁, a staff Nour by name deserves a raise of pay as her service was exceptional, breakfast is brilliant as the kitchen staffs were helpful and kind.
The security men always smiling and nice.

I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

The hotel has the bare minimum, both for breakfast and accomodations as well. No special service minded or any consideration for allergies at breakfast.

Positive ting: venligt personale og beliggenhed.
Negative ting: meget slidt hotel. Ligner ikke billederne. Sky baren var lukket ned. Hotellet trænger til en stor renovering.

Consiglio assolutamente Ho soggiornato in questo splendido hotel con il mio fidanzato per una settimana nel mese di dicembre(capodanno compreso), ed il mio voto è 10 sia per la meravigliosa struttura ma soprattutto per il cibo sia nella quantità che nella qualità. Un ringraziamento a tutto il personale sempre pronto e disponibile a regalare un sorriso e a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Soprattutto a Jihane e Lamia per la disponibilità e professionalità offerta. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio come la prima volta a Marrakech. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Grazie a tutti per l’accoglienza. Da tornarci assolutamente.

J’ai réservé avec booking mon séjour de 2 jours qui a été confirmé une semaine avant. Arrivé sur place l’hotel n’avait plus de chambre. Je me suis retrouvés sans hotel et sans solution équivalente. Personnel vraiment pas chaleureux. Je ne recommande pas.

Very bad customer service, the hotel canceled the reservation without communicate and the do not respond to e-mail. They used the excuse of control code of the credit card invalidate I use the same card for other reservation and I did not have any problem...I do not suggest this hotel...very insensitive and not available
