An amazing riad with great service!!
We loved our stay at Riad Granvilier! The hosts were lovely, really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The riad is beautiful, clean and we felt really comfortable there. Breakfast was great and there was always someone to greet us when we returned to the Riad! Location is great really close to the main square, would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting marrakech!

We were meant to pay 87 euros, 926 dirham at today exchange.
They charged us instead 1.033.

This is a 2 Star property
This property was rated 5 stars along with a 9+ customer rating. I honestly don’t know how that’s possible. The property was an old home in the middle of the Medina (old town) that was converted into a hotel. It was down two long narrow corridors, and was impossible to find without assistance from several locals. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by a friendly attendant. However, the property was in run down condition and wasn’t very clean. My wife didn’t want to stay because she felt unsafe. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, this is not the place.

La atención ha sido muy buena, pero ni la habitación ni el Riad son de 5 estrellas como pone. La habitación era más pequeña de lo que indicaba, la ducha se inundaba, el baño olía a humedad y las toallas no parecían muy limpias.

I stayed at this riad in October, and from my side, it gets the highest rating. Mustafa and the entire staff are available to guests day and night, the breakfast is rich, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is tidied up every day. The view is dreamlike, as is the tranquility of this riad, where you can only hear the birds and the calls to prayer. I will definitely return. Congratulations to everyone!

Realmente fue una experiencia EXCELENTE, llama la atención, el trayecto desde la gran Plaza de Marrakech hasta la entrada del Hotel, en una callejuela pequeña; y al entrar, es como pasar a otro mundo, es un lugar muy acogedor, con un patio con una fuente y un limonero, donde todo está cuidado y limpio. La atención de Mustapha fue exquisita, al igual que la de chica que trabaja por el día. Los desayunos muy amplios y apetitosos; además de la disponibilidad de ambos para solucionarte cualquier duda o inquietud. Lo recomiendo con total seguridad.
