Riad First

Riad molto vicino al suk e a tutte le attività da fare in centro. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in una suite. Bagno aperto sulla camera senza porta che ci obbligava a uscire dalla stanza a turno per lasciare un po' di privacy. Materasso molto morbido, che può soddisfare alcuni ma a me ha causato fastidi alla schiena. Struttura con stile e colori moderni. Colazione dolce abbondante, un po' un neo per chi ama colazioni salate, ma questo accomuna un po' tutti i Riad. Salumi ( ovviamente) e formaggi inesistenti.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad first C’est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons là et c’est comme chaque fois un vrai bonheur Riad décoré avec goût Accueil irréprochable Literie de qualité Bref nous reviendrons ! Je conseille vivement Virginie

The welcome is great, the breakfasts are plentiful, the room is identical to the photos. The setting is beautiful, the interior is authentic. A small downside, our shower did not have much pressure. We had a great stay at Riad First.

Back yesterday from Marrakech, I spent 4 wonderful days at Riad first. Fatima, faithful to the post, welcomed us with her legendary kindness. I had not returned to the Riad since COVID. The establishment is still as beautiful, well maintained and run by Fatima's master hand. Great stay, I will return as soon as possible

We booked this riad from 03/12 to 09/12. We only stayed 2 nights that we paid for, being forced to flee this riad, because we were bitten by bedbugs. The manager of the riad Fatima called the owner to explain our case and our decision to leave this place. The owner that Fatima put us through to on the phone told us: "that a supposedly preventive disinfection intervention took place about 7 months ago.": this is a joke... False because Fatima told us again that they were aware that there had been bedbugs and that there were still some. At no time on the phone did the owner have the decency not to charge us for the 2 nights. We were therefore forced to find another riad at our own expense regarding the difference in the price of the night. We also bought products to disinfect all our clothes, bags, toiletry bags, etc. so as not to contaminate the other riad, and also creams to relieve our bites. The First is to be avoided, bed mattresses placed on the floor in an open corridor of the riad and close to our so-called suite... no protective mattress pad on the mattress: the sheet is put on it directly. Basic suite room cleared. Dirty carpet on the floor. Ugly and tasteless decor: flee this riad: it is a nest of bedbugs.
