My husband and I booked two traditional Hammam treatments, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a rushed initial wash, we were left unattended for 15 minutes until I had to find someone myself. When the treatment resumed, the staff seemed unsure of what service we had booked. There was no communication, and the actual treatment lasted barely 10 minutes. Despite this, we were still rushed out as if we had received the full experience. To make matters worse, my husband wasn’t given a robe or water afterward, and no one at the front desk acknowledged the poor service. When I raised the issue, we were simply told we could use the pool—as if that compensated for an overpriced and underwhelming experience. We left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. The experience was chaotic, impersonal, and unprofessional. Definitely not worth your time and money.

Très bel endroit en plein centre de la médina et très calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, c’est très propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Idéalement placé vous pouvez faire une bonne partie de la découverte de Marrakech à pieds ou en Taxi. 2 piscines composent ce Riad une extérieure et une intérieure chauffée Le petit déjeuner est simple et efficace il y a tout ce qu’il faut et c’est du local notamment pour les fruits.

I eventually had to put my robe back on and go searching for someone to assist us. When the session finally started, the ladies working on us seemed unsure of what service we had booked. There was zero communication and no sense of coordination. The actual treatment lasted barely 10 minutes, yet we were still rushed out right on schedule—as if we had received the full experience. My husband wasn’t even given a robe or water at the end. No one at the front desk apologized or acknowledged the poor service. When I brought it up, they just said we were “allowed” to use the pool downstairs as compensation—as if that somehow made up for an overpriced, rushed, and underwhelming treatment. Frankly, I would have much preferred receiving the quality service we paid full price for. This experience felt chaotic, impersonal, and unprofessional. Definitely not a fan of this place. We left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. Not worth the time or money.

The Hammam was lovely - the lady doing the scrub and then the masseuses were fab. We enjoyed it so much we booked to eat at the restaurant. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. Lovely environment but 5 out of 6 meals were terrible, one was like dry overcooked microwaved meatballs in basic tomato sauce, bust described as a Tagine. The houmous had no flavour and was gritty and even the bread was stale! We waited over 2 hours for this food which was bad enough. Awful compared to Limoni down the road and the home cooked Riad dinner we’d had made for us.

We had a wonderful Birthday celebration while staying at the Riad Nashira & Spa, in Marrakech. We have never stayed in a Riad before, and this one was exceptional. The minute we arrived, and were greeted with Moroccan tea, assistance with our luggage, and a warm welcome, we knew we were in the right place. Our time at this Riad was magical, and the entire staff were the best, and catered to our every need. Thank you so much, for such a memorable stay, in this quiet, sophisticated and beautiful Riad.
