Très déçus par ce Riad qui ne correspond pas au descriptif ! Wifi aléatoire, pas de télévision qui fonctionne durant tout le séjour, literie très dure,serviettes de bain usées , tout est un peu vétuste… il faudrait faire un bon relooking déco!!! Heureusement nous avons été choyés par Guislane qui est une femme à l’écoute, dynamique, se pliant en quatre pour ses clients… par contre elle a été remplacé à la fin de notre séjour par un garçon qui devrait changer de métier !!! En conclusion, un lieu vétuste sauvé par Ghislane.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable et les salles de bain, certes pas neuves, mais avec une grande douche. Elles sont décorées dans un style marocain. Les petits déjeuners sont suffisants avec des galettes et/ou viennoiseries et/ou crêpes et pains, beurre, confitures, miel,… On a essayé le hammam et les massages avec le « rituel marocain » qui a été une très belle découverte. En revanche, la piscine est juste un bassin mais les photos ne trompent pas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, n’hésitez pas, le personnel est à votre écoute. Seul bémol, le prix du transfert aéroport /riad plus cher que ce qui est annoncé sur leur site internet… J’y retournerai sans problème !

Séjour très agréable
Rezlaine est une super hôtesse. Elle s’est montrée très disponible, avenante, souriante et sympathique. La literie est confortable, le riad calme. Seul bémol, le riad n’est as évident à trouver et une fois sortis du riad, on est plongé dans un environnement très bruyant, agité et effervescent.

Service déplorable
Communication très compliquée avec la personne qui est présente tous les jours au Riad.
Elle nous fait payer des prestations plus chères que prévues.
Dès le premier jours on nous dit que le pdj est servi de 8h à 10h, mais il n’est jamais prêt avant 8h40, malgré nos demandes précises d’un service avant 8:30.
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas, non plus, servi sur la terrasse.
Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain.
Douche qui ne coule pas bien du tout, impossible par exemple de se laver les cheveux pour une fille avec les cheveux longs.

The worst place ever
I don't recommend it at all. We were so tired from the trip and the check in was so slow 🐌 and they didn't care . They are not professional they talk bad and are very rude ( the gorl in the reception as the one who cleans)As it was so hard to find the place. The breakfast was so bad and not enough for 4 persons. When we asked for better she said you can geg better at the Mamounia.

Price versus quality, the place to be.
Very good property for the price paid. The staff made sure I had a pleasant stay, they surely went the extra mile to please me. Rooms are nice and large and is breakfast is great.

Un séjour de 3 nuits dans ce Riad qui est loin d un 4 ni 3 ni 2 étoiles , si le personnel était agréable la chambre et la salle de bain est vétuste et pas très propre au niveau du sol, juste un filet d’eau pour se doucher. Petit déjeuner très succinct et surtout il faut dire la veille à quelle heure on déjeune! la télé ne fonctionnait pas et la réponse était chaque jour « peu être demain » in chala » bref franchement déçu de ce Riad qui est par contre bien situé .

Desastroso,mala atención por parte de la persona que estaba allí,no puedes llamar a la puerta más de una vez y tarda más de diez minutos en abrir la puerta,el desayuno que lo teníamos siempre para las ocho por tener excursiones siempre lo ponía más tarde,el baño da miedo y sobre la limpieza deja mucho que desear las sábanas estaban sucias,y por no decir el geco que apareció una noche en la habitación y ni se molestó en venir a quitarlo
