The riad is beautiful in every way and the staff made me feel like family the food was exquisite. Fantastically designed riad with the warmest welcome. Nothing too much trouble. The area around has great shops. Concierge advice was very thoughtful. Hard to beat

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walked in, you were greeted with the warmest welcome from all the staff. The riad is meticulously clean and the room we stayed in was gorgeous! Large room, bed and bathroom. Breakfast on the terrasse was lovely and tranquil. If ever we come back to Marrakech, we’ll definitely stay again.

Everything about Riad Idra was amazing! Perfect location to walk to main attractions, felt really safe too. The staff go above and beyond making your stay more comfortable. Free breakfast was generous and tasty! Booked us a day tour to the Agafay Desert which i highly recommend. Me and my friend had the loveliest time at Riad Idra!

I never got around to writing a review, but I am now. My wife and I stayed here in June/July 2019. From the entrance, the door was ornate and beautiful, but my wife and I were skeptical. As soon as the door opened, we were welcomed into a world of luxury and pampering we did not expect. There are several suites in the Riad. Every single person who worked there was responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond our expectations. Our breakfast and dinner were simply amazing. Fresh, traditional, variety, attention to detail, and gastronomically entertaining are all descriptions that come to mind with the chef. If we have the opportunity to come to this beautiful and vibrant city again, we would stay here without a doubt. You will not be disappointed.

Karine, the manager, anticipated every need during our stay in this small boutique hotel. From the reception with iced mint tea, to the daily breakfasts on the roof top terrace, we felt spoiled and pampered. The rooms are well appointed. The shower is forceful. The daily maid service and turn down service, luxurious. Karine planned 3 days of guided tours for us, and as on our previous trip, the guides were pleasant, sure footed, and well versed. We especially loved our trip to the high atlas with lunch in a Berber home. Truly authentic. Omar, who served us breakfast each morning, was a treasure. Thank you everyone for another beautiful stay.

I have stayed at many hotels in my time, but none were as welcoming as the Riad Idra. From our greeting by Amine, to the service by Omar, everyone was kind and helpful, treating us like family rather than tourists. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with necessary air-conditioning as temperatures soared in Marrakech to over 37 degrees Celsius. Towels were thick to help us dry off after numerous showers. Design is important in the “Red City,” and the Riad Idra did not disappoint, having style and panache fitting for a spread in Architectural Digest. Underrated for its food, breakfasts were sumptuous and the dinners, served by the gracious Omar, were the best we had in Morocco. The Riad Idra should be destination dining in Marrakech. This was one of the most comfortable hostelries I have ever experienced, and I cannot imagine a visit to Marrakech without resting my head at the Riad Idra. It was the best.

Wir sind jetzt seit fast 2 Wochen zurück und ich schwelge noch in der schönen Erinnerung an ‚unser‘ Riad. Ich kann es empfehlen. Die Lage perfekt mittendrin und doch eine ruhige, grüne Oase, alles hell, freundlich, geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Das Personal so freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer - das Bett, das Licht, der Blick in den Innenhof vom Diwan im Erker, das Bad. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Einzig das Frühstück lecker - aber für uns zu süß und Kaffee nicht sooo gut. Aber - für meinen Mann gab es glutenfreies Brot, Kuchen und Pancakes. Und unbedingt empfehlenswert, der durch das Riad organisierte Ganztagesausflug ins Atlasgebirge und Besuch des Anima Garden. Highlight unserer Reise. Wir sind sehr dankbar und die Reise ohne die Zeit im Riad Idra wäre nie so besonders gewesen! Also nochmal danke!
