My husband and I stayed in this stunning riad for a week to celebrate my 82nd birthday. It was simply the best accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere. Karine and all the staff were very professional but also very welcoming, helpful and attentive and literally couldn't do enough for us. On one occasion, they made a reservation for dinner for us at a nearby restaurant and because I wasn't confident that we could find it, Abdelfettah walked us there and was quite happy to come back for us later if we needed him. As it happened, we were fine coming back but nice to know there was help available if we needed it. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and toasty warm which was very welcome as it was quite chilly in the mornings and evenings. On my birthday, we came back to our room after a day out to find 'Happy Birthday Gail' spelled out across my bed with letters made out of plant leaves and scattered rose petals. Such a lovely surprise! I can't recommend this lovely riad highly enough - the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The central courtyard is delightful with comfortable seating and a beautiful water feature and is an oasis of calm. Shukran to everyone at Riad Idra for making my birthday trip so memorable!

The place is beautiful. The staff were all so nice and very helpful. We used them for the airport pick up and they had someone meet us where the driver lets you off-which was needed as would have been hard to find first day. Upon arrival, brought us some mint tea (delicious ) and pastries. The place has a very peaceful and relaxing environment right in the middle of old town/markets. Also felt very safe inside. Highly recommend this place

This Riad is stunning, and the staff are amazing. My husband and I spent two weeks traveling in Morrocco and Riad Idra was the highlight of our trip. I told my husband that I want to go back and stay here again! The property is pristine! From the moment we arrived we were enchanted by the beautiful interiors and lush rooftop terrace. We had a smaller, but lovely room. Karine (manager) and her staff were amazing. They were so kind, genuine and went out of their way to be helpful. Karine is very knowledgeable and makes thoughtful recommendations. Her guidance was immeasurable! The Riad also has a small spa/hammam. I recommend indulging in the private hammam and a massage! The treatments were top notch and the price was very affordable. I hope we are lucky enough to return to Marrakech and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Idra. The location is perfect for exploring all areas of Marrakech on foot and at the same time it is a beautiful oasis of calm. There are many lovely spaces to relax in and find shade as well as a roof terrace to catch the sun. The rooms are very comfortable, furnished exquisitely and had everything we needed. There was no kettle but we asked about this and one was provided immediately. The breakfast was delicious and served with care and attention. The staff could not have been more helpful and will organise anything you need… transport, balloon rides, antibiotics…! We also enjoyed the hamman and a massage - so lovely! Thank you Karine and team! ☺️
