Riad molto bello, molto curato, pulitissimo e con servizi di ottimo livello. Il personale è meraviglioso, ti coccolano con estremo garbo e gentilezza ammirevole. Stra consigliato, anche per la posizione nel centro storico di Marrakech.

Really enjoyed staying at the wonderful accommodation, clean and comfortable room. The staff was also nice, they were so kind and rolled out the red carpet for us. The restaurant was good to taste, we can enjoy daily dinner there. I would like to highly recommend this riad as the best place in Marrakesh !

Superbe riad. Très bien situé à deux pas du musée des confluences. Le service de navette aéroport proposé par Karine est très efficaces. Les petits déjeuners copieux et excellent (fait maison). Les petites attentions apportés par Karine lors de notre séjour ont été apprécié : Babouches en cadeau, bouquet de rose pour l'anniversaire de mon mari, l'accueil personnalisé le premier jour devant un thé à la menthe, les parfums YSL et Dior mis à disposition dans la sdb, l'accès au petit déjeuner tôt le matin pour notre départ à l'aéroport... Un riad de haut standing et très calme.

El Riad esta muy bien ubicado. Una vez dentro te parece estar en un oasis de paz. Karine y su personal siempre amables y atentos. La habitación espectacular. El clima de Marrakech es fantastico. La ciudad ofrece mucho para ver y disfrutar. Me encantó.

What a magnificent hotel right in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. Beautifully appointed room, immaculately clean and every attention to detail in provisions. Breakfasts were delicious and staff could not do enough for us. Rooms were quiet and beds super comfy. Forget 5 star, this is a 6 star facility!

My husband and I stayed in this stunning riad for a week to celebrate my 82nd birthday. It was simply the best accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere. Karine and all the staff were very professional but also very welcoming, helpful and attentive and literally couldn't do enough for us. On one occasion, they made a reservation for dinner for us at a nearby restaurant and because I wasn't confident that we could find it, Abdelfettah walked us there and was quite happy to come back for us later if we needed him. As it happened, we were fine coming back but nice to know there was help available if we needed it. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and toasty warm which was very welcome as it was quite chilly in the mornings and evenings. On my birthday, we came back to our room after a day out to find 'Happy Birthday Gail' spelled out across my bed with letters made out of plant leaves and scattered rose petals. Such a lovely surprise! I can't recommend this lovely riad highly enough - the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The central courtyard is delightful with comfortable seating and a beautiful water feature and is an oasis of calm. Shukran to everyone at Riad Idra for making my birthday trip so memorable!
