I loved the hotel! The workers are really welcoming and it had great rooms and breakfast. I hope everyone can see the beauty of this place. The sheets are really good and cozy. It’s really comfortable to be there and it’s in the centre of Marrakesh.

Gr8 stay!!! Much Recommended. In the middle of souks, but we found severity and a warm welcoming !!! The staff is very very friendly and helpful and the owners are very very friendly and lovely. We were here on a family trip. We will come back for sure!

Outstanding tranquil Riad forming its own oasis, with exceptional staff, beautifully maintained courtyard, stylishly furnished throughout with all courtesy to its traditional architecture. It's like the perfect metaphor....that is Marrakech.....beautifully chaotic outside, yet step through the ancient comforting door into the relaxing bliss of Thomas and Valerie's Riad and the world seems to take a deep breath....and chill.

We loved this riad! Not too sure I could come up with anything negative about it. We arrived late in the evening - the owners sent a car for us and even with the delay, the driver was waiting. We were greeted warmly by the staff - Ellhoussaine and Rioudan were terrific. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and plentiful and they had drinks available as well. The riad itself was stunning with beautiful interiors. Our room was gorgeous with excellent air conditioning, a super comfy bed, a great bathroom and shower and plenty of space for the three of us. Location wise the riad was great. All around an excellent stay and we would most definitely stay here again. If you want the classic riad experience, this really can't be beat - simply gorgeous!

Thomas and Valerie, the gracious French owners of this welcoming Riad were knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. The staff, Elhoussaine and his colleagues were friendly, fun and informative. The approach to this well-located Riad belies the charming and peaceful space within.

Riad in posizione strategica, molto raffinato, elegante in stile marocchino e soprattutto silenzioso. La camera ampia il giusto , non troppo. Materasso comodissimo. Unico neo la doccia walk-in , bella, ma va acqua da tutte le parti. Personale molto, molto cordiale e disponibile. I ragazzi di cui non sappiamo i nomi sono la chicca della struttura, mai vista una gentilezza simile. Colazione super! Sicuramente lo consiglierei

Das Riad Rafaele ist fantastisch! Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch, wurden aber in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen! Ich war im Februar 2024 für 3 Tage mit unserer Tochter (14) dort. Die Eigentümer Thomas & Valerie und das gesamte Team sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Alle kennen sich bestens aus und gaben uns genau die "Geheimtipps", die Marrakesch für uns so besonders gemacht haben. Als wir erwähnt hatten, wir wollen evtl. einen Tag in die Wüste, hat uns Valerie den perfekten Tag organisiert. Merci beaucoup! Riad Rafaele hat für unseren Geschmack die perfekte Lage. Der nördliche Teil der Medina ist etwas ruhiger als der Bereich rund um Jemaa el-Fnaa mit den besseren Shops, Restaurants und Rooftop Bars. Das Riad ist ein Genuss für alle Sinne: der Duft ist unvergesslich (wie gut, dass es ihn unter anderen handverlesenen lokalen Kunsthandwerksstücken im Shop an der Rezeption zu kaufen gibt ;), das Design authentisch marokkanisch mit modernen urbanen Einflüssen der offenbar weitgereisten Eigentürmer, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Die Dachterrasse lädt mit schönen großen Daybeds zum Sonnen und Chillen ein. Das Spa und das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, lassen aber beide sicher keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und empfehlen Riad Rafaele & Spa uneingeschränkt weiter. Robert & Carla.
