Even though we’ve been satisfied during our stay it turned out to be very disappointing when I forgot my coat and their behaviour was so unprofessional they didn’t help at all. I asked them to send the coat to another riad in Marrakesh where some friends of mine stayed and even though in the beginning they said they could do it they never did and in the end they didn’t even answer my calls or texts . Only when I told them that my friends were leaving and they hadn’t received any coat they answered that they couldn’t do the delivery . It was so unprofessional from their end to reassures me in the beginning and then when it was too late for anything to be done to change their minds and leave me uncovered.

Bad Experience
The riad cancelled my reservation the night of the stay. They did nothing to help me find new accommodation. This ruined my evening as I missed a dinner with friends and wasn’t able to get into another hotel until very late.

El hotel spa es precioso y muy acogedor el personal muy agradable y muy servicial. Te dan té de bienvenida con unas pastas riquísimas. El desayuno buenísimo y con una carta amplia para poder elegir. Me encantaria volver otra vez.

Excelente opção no Kasbach
Hotel em uma casa antiga, como todos que ficam na Cidade Velha. Ótima localização e funcionários extremamente atenciosos e solícitos. Diferente de outros locais no Marrocos, não tentaram em nenhum momento empurrar um passeio ou restaurante específico, inclusive dando dicas de como evitar o assédio para vender coisas e pedir dinheiro que é tão comum em Marrakesh.

We really liked this place! The room was comfortable, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good everyday and there were items to choose from as well, and was great to be on the rooftop. Staff helped with finding a tailor we needed who performed the alterations within hours and also fixed other items he saw. The room was cleaned everyday and was comfortable. Lighting was not great, but found out it was for relaxation and brighter bulbs can be installed if needed, again very accommodating. Setup our taxi to the airport and even walked us to the stop to get in the taxi, which was a van. Stored our bags and clothes on a hanger for our later departure and provided are to change clothes.

Het was fantastisch om in riad Jonan te verblijven. Kamer was erg schoon, heel erg vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging dicht bij centrum, heel lekker ontbijt iedere ochtend. Marrakesh zelf is voor 3 dagen prima. Een fietstour is ook een aanrader

Very nice location, everything is within walking distance. Very hospitable and friendly. Bedroom was very neat and clean. Breakfast is at a time of your choosing. Choices of egg or fruit and Moroccan tea. Definitely a place to come back to!
