The property is beautiful. Lots of room and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a little situation with transportation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right and accommodate us. The Chalet suite was gorgeous and spacious. Food was delicious. They have an authentic and international cuisines. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the city on set times. All together we were super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Magnifique écrin, espace luxueux et service aux petits soins. Les chambres sont chacune décorées avec beaucoup de goût, et le temps semble s’être arrêté dans le beau jardin de bananier. le spa vaut aussi le détour, j’ai profité d’un Hammam et Massage avec la thérapeute Rahma, formidable moment de relaxation. Ma sœur avait organisé ses 50 ans avec une trentaine de personnes, nous avons donc profité d’une magnifique soirée dans l’espace réservé à cet effet, et goûté une cuisine délicieuse

Lieu et décor exceptionnel mais… service et nourriture à revoir. Les chambres, piscines et réception sont magnifiques, literie très confortable. En revanche, nous avons été déçues de la nourriture: que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le restaurant de la piscine. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de sfenj au petit déjeuner. Je reviendrai tout de même car le cadre est exceptionnel

Hotel itself was nice, we had a villa, separate from the hotel, and the villa was big. Downstairs was a nice spacious lounge, plus loo and separate shower rooms. Upstairs was a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom opened up onto with a nice verandah. Outside was a private garden and pool, with orange and pomegranate trees. The grounds and hotel were nice, and not overly busy, and the staff were friendly. However, food in the restaurants was bland - which was dissappointing for Moroccan food! Pool bar restaurants served better food. They also closed one of the restaurants as the hotel wasn't full, which meant there weren't enough spaces for the residents! At 7:30 I was told I could possibly get a table at 9! Bit of an issue when you're hotel is miles from the city. After complaining, a table was found in 5 minutes! Housekeeping was woeful and just didn't replace anything we'd used! Kept asking reception either by phone or face to face, who said they'd send housekeeping, and then most of the time didn't show. Or, they did bring some items but not the rest. This really spoiled it, as this was supposed to be 5* and had been recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there a while back.

Останавливались на пару дней путешествуя по Марокко. Красиво и атмосферно, хочется расслабиться и наслаждаться окружающим. Сервис заслуживает отдельного внимания. Радушие и тактичность персонала на высшем уровне. Очень понравился, рекомендую от души.

Tigmiza is one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to . A 20 minute retreat from the centre. All the staff are kind and welcoming. We stayed in a villa which was beyond belief, 2 floor home with its own pool and luxurious amenities. Very calm and relaxing after a day in the city The food was excellent and the spa is a must Special thanks to Niama and Sihame for a wonderful treatment. We will definitely return Thank you all for the most relaxing stay

The hotel promises lots visually and with respect to food and services. The highlight with respect to service was Aissam who provided great and consistent service wherever and whenever we encountered him; the hotel should be using him to train others. The room was spacious and pretty. Unfortunately on day 5 we woke up to an ants and cockroach in the bathroom and bedroom. It was handled swiftly with someone attending to clean and then fill a hole between the skirting and wall which did resolve the issue. We did attempt to use hotel transportation on 3 occasions and was promised it was booked. Alas this only manifest correctly on one trip. Local taxi drivers did provide assistance but the way of managing this was to say it was booked and the person who booked it was not on site. We did receive a free one way trip as compensation. The food and drink offerings were average. Of all the meal choices the pool bar and breakfast did, in my opinion, deliver what it promised. During dinner one evening I discovered a partly grated 1” piece of ginger root in a pastilla. The staff apologised and provided dessert ( free) even though we had indicated we did not want dessert. Overall I would say the staff wanted to do the right thing but were not empowered to respond to situations as they occurred and were often left, so we were advised, without management support.
