4th experience in this hotel, but the last I was there from 21 to 26/12 If the restaurant and bar staff are still as friendly, the hotel seriously lacks maintenance In the rooms (luxury room upstairs), bathroom lights that don't work, marks in the shower, towel holders that no longer hold And outside, cracks in the walls and above all, the edges of the swimming pool (outdoor and the same as the Spa) broken with in the event of a fall (children!) risks of injury Finally, a person at reception (a manager!?) almost polite! We paid in 2 parts, my wife for the accommodation and I for the extras, each with their credit card. We each needed an invoice, and at our request, after explaining to us that it was complicated but that we would receive it by email, we have nothing! After a call, this manager explained to me "that's how it is, in Morocco it's not possible" A customer lost, which is not serious for them!!
