Nadie diría por su fachada que en el interior esconde unas instalaciones tan fabulosas. Muy céntrico y limpio. El personal muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento. Terraza con buenas vistas y con piscina. El desayuno muy bueno. Dispone de su propio Hammam y servicio de masajes.

Abbiamo soggiornato un solo giorno nella camera 106 di questo accogliente Riad situato in buona posizione a pochi passi dal Souk Semmarine e dalla celeberrima Place Jemaa El Fna, apprezzandone da subito cortesia e solerzia del servizio. La camera non è grande, ma ben dimensionata, dotata di un disimpegno davanti al bagno con ampio mobile per riporre gli abiti e dotato di cassaforte (lasciataci inspiegabilmente chiusa....) e di frigobar (con 2 bottigliette di acqua 0.5l complimentary); lo split per il riscaldamento non ha funzionato col telecomando (ma fortunatamente la temperatura era di per sè già adeguata); il WiFi ha invece svolto egregiamente il suo lavoro; il bagno con doccia è fornito con prodotti di buona qualità e phon; la TV a schermo piatto non è di tipo SMART, ma funziona correttamente e ha presa USB. La qualità del sonno è eccellente sia grazie al letto grande e comodo, che alla buona insonorizzazione della stanza. Ottimo il ristorante in terrazza, sia per arredo, che per organizzazione dei limitati spazi, ma soprattutto per qualità del cibo e professionalità del servizio al tavolo!!! Colazione mediocre a causa della parte salato ridotta ai minimi termini. Complessivamente molto accogliente e con rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buona, quindi decisamente da consigliare.

Très bon hôtel, avec un emplacement très avantageux. On est tout proche de la grande place et des commerces, et ce n’est pas bruyant le soir pour dormir. La déco est très sympa, et le petit déjeuner etait assez bon, mais l’espace pour manger assez petit. La terrasse de l’hôtel est très agréable avec une petite piscine

Tout était parfait ! La chambre (chauffée ce qui est rare en décembre au Maroc), le Riad qui est très beau, le toit terrasse ensoleillée, le petit déjeuner … mais surtout, surtout le sens du service et la qualité de l’accueil +++. Quelle gentillesse et quelle efficacité ! Le Monsieur de l’accueil (dont j’ai oublié le nom, pardon 😔) est extrêmement professionnel. Ils nous ont aidé à nous orienter dans Marrakech et nous ont même proposé un espace gratuitement pour une réunion en visio d’1h ! Je recommande vraiment cet établissement, qui est en plus bien placé.

Nice hotel for a short stay on Marrakech
This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels.
Breakfast was buffet style and you could help yourself to as much or as little as you wanted. We also had lunch on our first day which was reasonably priced. The food was nice.
The room was reasonably sized, clean and adequate for our stay. The fridge wasn't very cold but cooled our water enough. The aircon made the room a nice temperature for sleeping. Our shower was temperamental meaning we had to hold it with one hand whilst showering but the water temperature was good. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and rose petals sprinkled in the bathroom and on the beds. There was a hairdryer provided in the room and we had everything we needed for our stay.
There is no lift but someone escorted us to our room with our suitcase meaning we only had to take it down when checking out.
The hotel is on a busy street but the noise was limited.
Overall this is a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay in Marrakech.

Perfect place to stay in Marrakech
This is a great riad, ideally located walking distance to to at attractions including Jeema el Fna market. I would call it diamond in the rough. Extremely well run and cared for by properly trained staff. Thank you Riad Bahia Salam for a wonderful stay!
