The best five star hotel and amazing service. Samira the general manager went really above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous she was awesome. Ismal the head waiter was super friendly and great with the guest. Atika the food and beverage manager was super kind and friendly. Atika made sure our food and drinks were perfect. I will definitely come back. The whole team here is tremendous highly recommend it!

I cannot recommend Villa Makassar enough since our recent trip in December 2023. The staff were so friendly and kind and really went above and beyond for us again and again. A special thanks to Youssef and Ismail who are a credit to the hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious and the rooftop terrace was so welcome as a calm oasis to escape to after a day exploring. The included breakfast was delicious and definitely set us up for the day and the evening meals we had in the restaurant were delicious. The hotel organised an airport transfer for us and are able to organise any day trips/excursions that we wanted to do.

Really enjoyable stay. Beautiful riad and rooms. The service was fantastic- we were so well looked after. all the staff were so kind - yousseff and ismail were true gentlemen. we really enjoyed mr billy's music in an evening. would love to visit again in the future

When 5star really means the best, this is not a hotel but a palace, run by the excellent Samira and her staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Range of traditional Moroccan cuisine. First class service from the waiting staff and an excellent pianist who played nightly while enjoying the food. Hotel facilities included a pool steam room and a huge roof terrace all dressed with art deco treasures. Will definitely return.

A beautiful boutique hotel / Riad in the centre of the city - close to everything. Samira’s staff and team were excellent - nothing too much trouble for them. We felt so much at home here that we extended our stay twice ! Highly recommended to experience that Marrakech magic.

아주 좋은 경험이었어요. 좋은 가격과 좋은 사람들, 좋은 장소가 어우러져서 아주 좋은 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 자마 엘프나에서 멀지 않고 메니나까지고 걸어갈 수 있으며, 그 길은 모두 안전합니다. 호스트가 잘 신경써주며 룸과 식당 루프탑, 함마 모두 적절했습니다. 여기 숙소 짱 좋아요! 여기로 정하세요. 리야드는 그 거대함이 사진에 안담겨서 아쉽네요

Beautiful and traditional architect hotel in the heart of the old city. Very friendly and highly skilled personnel. Clean rooms with all the comforts and good spa services. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you villa Makassar for your warm hospitality.

I stayed here for a few nights and the hospitality of the staff was great. It’s a riad located in the old city so a little further away from all the commotion of the new city. It is easy to take a taxi or walk and explore. There was no language barrier as everyone speaks Arabic/French/English. Breakfast was included w/the stay. They serve breads/pastries along with coffee and fresh juice. You can also request eggs however you like. I had dinner and a snack at the hotel only once, most of my meals were outside. Dinner has a nice setting as they have a piano player there every night for ambiance. I had the Makassar couscous w/beef which was a hefty plate and was good. There is a heated pool and rooftop jacuzzi. The rooftop is relaxing and there are beach chairs for you to lay out. I also enjoyed the traditional hammam at the hotel. The scrubbing can be intense if you have never experienced a hammam so let them know your preference! My room had its own jacuzzi in it which I wasn’t expecting. I had to shower in the spa or use the shower handle of the jacuzzi to bathe. I don’t think most rooms are like this, but it was interesting! lol I didn’t do too much exploration at night as I was by myself but I did feel safe overall (as a woman in a foreign country).
